My mom wanted to get away for her first anniversary without my dad. So I found this on the web only an hour from home. The owner, Steve was very accomidating and nice to work with. We had everything we needed! Towels, sheets, kitchen supplies, bath supplies, etc... The location was perfect and everything was close so we didnt need the car, we just walked. beautiful condo, nicely decorated, comfortable, so relaxing. It did us both good. Thanks Steve for making this so special for us. What a beautiful beach and community. I hope we can come back again. September and October is a great time to be in Bethany. It's not crowded, and like you said, you can park the car at Blue Surf and wander around and find everytinign you need without driving. My mom and I recently stayed at BB at the Blue Surf. We just loved it here. Quiet town, friendly people, and a beautiful condo. Mom could get around great (she is on oxygen) and the place was decorated beautifully. Owner was extrememly accomidating. Lots of nice places to eat and shop. Nice beach and boardwalk to stroll. Enjoyed every minute. We hope to come back. It was really a nice getaway and mom needed it.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

excellent condo, parking,pool,beach,location. owner was very easy to do business with. i have been coming to bethany ever since i was a kid but this was one of the most enjoyable weeks ever. my 88 year old mother-in-law enjoyed it because of the elevator and she was able to walk everywhere.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

This is by far the best location to stay in all of Bethany Beach! You are literally on the boardwalk on the ocean and in the heart of ewverything. You will only use your car to goto the grocery store, other than that leave it parked in your assigned spot down below. There is a great pools steps from the front door of this place that only the 13 units in this building can use. 3 good size bedrooms with their own bathrooms plus a balcony overlooking all the action.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

The location of this condo is fabulous, centered in the heart of the Bethany Beach commercial square and on the boardwalk. This beautiful condo looks onto the business area and has an ocean view to the right from the balcony. The Bethany Beach bandstand is next to this unit and the music can be heard from the balcony, which is just perfect. Outside of the rear door and about two steps away is the pool entrance which is closer than a pool in your back yard. All activities including food & drink, shopping, amusements, putt-putt, and shops are within walking distance. The interior of this condo is beautiful and well decorated but has a home like feel. Havinh three bedroom with each having a privale bath room certainly fit our family's needs. The unit was very clean and well maintained and the owner was very helpful answering several questions. If our family returns to Bethany Beach instead of the Outer Banks we would surely rent this unit again and we highly recommend this listing to other prospective renters that wish to stay in an upscale condo in the heart of the beach action.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our extended family had a wonderful week at the Blue Surf. The condo arrangement was perfect for us and the owner was very accommodating and welcoming. The condo is well equiped with supplies, linens, toys, etc. And it is literally steps from the swimming pool and only slightly further to the beach. We certainly hope to make this an annual trip.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family just returned from a week long stay during the July 4th holiday week. What a perfect vacation! The location cannot be beat. Park the car and forget about it the remainder of the week. The condo itself is warm and inviting. The decor and what the owners provide demonstrates their genuine care in trying to achieve a perfect vacation experience for their guests. The owner went above and beyond. After our experience, we plan on returning to this condo year after year, not only because of the beautiful condo itself, but also because of the owners.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We spent 5 nights at the Blue Surf and we loved it. The condo was immaculately clean. It was tastefully and thoughtfully decorated in cheerful colors. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals at home. The location of the condo is perfect. It is just a short walk to the beach -- which was ideal for us and our toddler. And it was great to be walking distance the shops and restaurants. The weather was a bit too chilly for us to use the pool but had it been warmer, it would have been an added plus. We are definitely considering returning next summer!Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway.

We were there off season and found this a great place to relax! Wonderful condo in the heart of the action at Bethany. Beautifully decorated with closets and storage. Extremely well-equipped with a comfortable, homey feel. Nice sheltered parking. Has a nice view of the beach. New Giant Food and Harris Teeter very close. Owner was absolute pleasure to deal with.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The condo was more than what we expected based on the pictures shown on this site. The unit is beautifully decorated and contains all the amenities. From the board games/movies for the family to the layout of the unit our family weekend get away was only enhanced by the location of the condo. The owner was both patient (I had several questions) but also efficient in responding quickly with answers. This unit is beautiful! It is located on the Boardwalk, right on the beach, and steps away from the pool. The condo was spacious and right in the heart of Bethany. Even though the unit is new, it was fully equipped with everything we needed. The beachy colors, attention to detail, and decorating made it very inviting. The pictures don’t do the condo justice. The owner was more than gracious when answering questions. We absolutely loved our stay!!! Overall, an amazing place!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
