  This was the perfect condo in the perfect location. The owner Cynthia is a real sweetheart. She does her best to accomadate to the renters. I would stay in this condo again in a heartbeat! Thank you for a great weekend!

  This condo is the best condo we have ever vacationed in. The location is great for the pool, spa, and club house. My daughter- in- law and I walked to the beach to join the rest of the family already having a great time there. My two grandchildren enjoyed flying their kites, building sand castles, and swimming in the ocean. We all enjoyed the ice cream truck when it came down the beach rode. Crabbing at night on the dock by the pool was super fun! The condo is a great location and decoratedvery cute. You really get that beachy atmosphere, and all six of us stayed there very comfortably. We had breakfast and dinner with extended family and all were able to sit and enjoy meals. Loved it and can't wait to go back!

  Al and Cynthia, We had the most wonderful week 8/12 - 8/19/12. All the extras in the condo were so helpful, the pack-n-play, the high chair, and all the sand toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach towels. Everything was so close. The guys could go to Port Aransas and go deep sea fishing while the girls went to the beach. Then the evening everyone went to the pool. The boogie boards were so much fun, we had never tried that before. The condo was very clean and inviting. Being on the 1st floor was a plus for our family, and being on the end there were windows everywhere which makes it seem even bigger. The only drawback at night, outside is very lighted and the blinds do not block out the light. A little hard to go to sleep with so much light in the room when you're used to living in the country. The beds were very comfortable and the linens very clean and pretty. The keyless entry was wonderful, not having to keep up with a key, and everyone could come and go when they wanted. Plenty of dishes for any meal, and the coffee was an extra plus. Very close to Wal-mart and HEB. We had a wonderful time and hope to spend time with you again sometime next year! Thank you for sharing your condo as a rental.

  Al and Cynthia: I wanted to take a minute and let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at your Beach Club Condo. The first floor 2 bedroom unit worked great for our family of four. Our girls (8 and 12 years old) really liked having their “own” bedroom and bathroom. The location of the unit and proximity to the pool was very convenient. Karey and I found the unit, and complex, very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for our week at the beach. Although a simple thing, the e-lock on the door was super as it was very nice not to worry about keeping track of a key during our stay. Your location is fantastic. On a couple of days we walked to the beach, or down to Bob Hall Pier. We also made a couple trips down to Padre Island Park and drove a ways down the 4 x 4 section of the beach. The easy access to Packery Channel and the Laguna Madre made it great for my quick, early AM kayak fishing trips. I had hoped for some calm ocean fishing, but regardless of the wind conditions there were places to fish in Laguna Madre. I even caught some Redfish, Trout, and Ladyfish. Not bad for a rookie from Michigan. Again, thanks for having such a great VRBO property. Please feel free to use us as a reference if necessary. Bob, Karey, Claire and Olivia Grand Rapids, MI

We chose this condo because of the amenities (fintness center, business center, dry sauna, awesome pool) and the proximity to the beach and fishing. Being close to the National Seashore makes it fun to view the Ridley Turtles release and attend seminars by the Park Rangers. We love the keyless door lock also as it prevents having to meet guests at all hours to exchange keys.

  The property is just as described if not better. We loved the beach decor throughout. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. The owner has really thought about everything! The crock-pot came in handy and well as the beach chairs and cart. it's conveniently located close to the pool, and a short distance to the beach. I had a nice chat with the owner prior to our arrival and she was very friendly and accommodating. She gave restaurant recommendations and said to let her know if we needed anything. They thought of everything! There were even basic kitchen staples like spices, sugar, etc. This was our first time at Padre, we usually go to South Padre. I've been converted. This is more relaxing, not as congested and more of a family atmosphere. It was the first 'real" vacation & first time for my fiance's boys to go to the beach ever. I'm afraid the bar is pretty high now. Our next vacation will pale in comparison....until we return again. Thanks for a wonderful time!

We decided on this condo because of the amenities in the complex and the proximity to the pool and beach. Our own grandsons love it so we knew how kids would enjoy the boogie boards, sand and pool toys, etc. Had to have the beach chairs and cart to carry them with to the beach for convenience . We basically provide the things folks want to have for their vacation at the beach but have no need for them back home.

  We spent the months of Feb. & Mar. in this condo and enjoyed every minute of it. The condo is very clean, well equiped and comfortable. The owners are outstanding people and respond immediately to any needs. The grounds, pool, hot tub and exercise room are kept up very well. The location is an excellent base for many fishing sites (surf, piers, channels and launches) and a short walk to the beach with shops and resturants near by. I would recommend this condo without hesitation

  This condo and location was the perfect stay for our Thanksgiving getaway. We came into town for a family wedding and decided to make it a mini-vacation. There were 4 adults and 1 toddler. We loved the decor and most of all, we loved being able to relax in the comfortable accommodations. We were able to cook breakfast and lunch and then head out to dinner in the evenings. The beach is just a stepping stone away from the condo and our 2 year old had a blast...his first visit to the beach. Thanks for providing all of the awesome beach toys...they came in handy! These owners definitely take pride in their property and are very accomodating....provided a Pack N Play for our stay, which was a big help. Thanks so much for making our first Thanksgiving away from home a great experience. We look forward to visiting again. Blessings.

  We had the most awesome time! We booked this rental last minute for our sons 10th bday..kinda last minute and even with the short notice eveything was effortless from start to finish! The condo was so awesome.. its sooo clean and homie feeling.. We loved everything about it. We have a 13 month old ..Cythia and Al provided the pack and play and the high chair. We plan on coming back very very soon! Its our new home away from home! Thank you so much again Cynthia and Al for making this a bday for our son to remember forever!

  If you are looking for some place to rent near the beach, THIS IS IT!!! This complex has everything you need a tropical looking pool, hot tub, fitness center, pond, grills by the pool, a gazebo, and it's a very short walk to the beach just like like the ad says "one block". I am picky, and this place is clean with new comforters in both bedrooms and new couch. The outside of these condos look very nice, and other owners and renters look like professionals. The owner Cynthia is really easy to work with and gives very good suggestions for the city and North Padre Island. Definitely, will be coming back soon!
