Steeped in rich history and culture and offering one of the finest and most exclusive address in London, Covent Garden is a firm favorite for the in-crowd. And this gorgeous London luxury apartment is one of the most exciting new entries in the game.
Not satisfied being a world-class vacation rental that offers sublime treats for even the most discerning of jet-setters, this Covent Garden rental goes one step further by also providing top of the range setting and first class amenities that make for a perfect business retreat for those who, unfortunately, still have to work for a living.
Seemingly at odds with London Covent Garden old-world architecture, this devilishly hip London luxury rental manages to blend modern lines and a lush ambiance with all the romance that makes British culture so intoxicating.
Cool interiors and 2 terraces are a welcome escape from the sizzling outdoors; minimalist decor mingle with neutral colored walls with stark optimism.

Although the weather was not nice we enjoyed our stay in London. Among other things, this was due to this perfectly located apartment. It was clean and all appliances worked well. For our next holiday in London we will again take this apartment .Owner response: Thank you. Martin

Location is perfect for the theatre going, gourmet eating, music loving holiday maker tagging along with shoppers. Opposite, literally yards, the iconic masonic temple used as the MI6 entrance in Spooks, the apartment enjoys a silence oasis in the heart of Covent Garden. The owners are responsive and the mai asset has to be the skylit attic lounge/kitchen and balconies that make this a hub to rlax between raids on the surrounding culture. Warhorse is showing next door the National Theatre proper is just 10 minutes walk in one direction and teh british Museum in the other. Sainsbury's is 5 minutes walk away. A bit of tweaking on the plumbing needed and be prepared for steps.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 2/2

This flat makes a great base for exploring London. Covent Garden is literally on the doorstep with loads of shops and places to eat. Holborn tube is also nearby so there are lots of transport options. The flat is up stairs, but we didn't find it a problem. One of the bedrooms is on the small side, but having a second bathroom more than made up for it. The flat was very clean and well maintained. We managed one evening glass of wine on the terrace and would have used it more had the weather been better! There was some noise from the street, but this is a city centre flat so you can't expect peace and tranquility. It wasn't bad considering the location. Martin was very helpful throughout the booking process and personally showed us around the flat when we arrived. All in all, a great flat!Owner response: Thank you. Martin

To make it short: you really get what you see on the pictures. Very nice appartment, clean and everything works. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it is perfect for families. In walking distance you can find restaurants, shops and underground stations – but it is absolutely quite during the night. Perfect service from Martin Kubisa, he was always availble. If you don’t mind some steep stairs which you have to climb to get there – I really can recommend this place !Owner response: Thank you. We are trying our best. Kind regards, Martin

Finding an awesome place in London without killing your budget can be painful. This split-level penthouse suite across the street from Freemasons' Temple in Covent Garden is just one of the secrets that only a true friend will share with you. Being a top artist I needed a representative and clean place in central location for private views for my collectors during Art Frieze. The apartment didn't let me down and I sold a ton. Make use of the abundant nightlife possibilities in the vicinity and make a mental note that two bed rooms and two bathrooms will turn this place into a great party/after party venue at night. You won't be ashamed to invite a supermodel into this penthouse, trust me on that! And did I mention the two terraces with splendid view? Whether you're on a romantic holiday, family or business trip or there is a dormant bit of an adventurer inside you, eager to reap the best London has to offer, just book this place and wait for all the good things in life to come to you! PS: the customer service is immaculate and owner always in a good mood, willing to help you with anything.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 4/4

My family and I stayed here for 5 days at the end of August. Perfect location in Covent Garden. Close to several Tube stops and within walking distance of the British Museum . Plenty of dining options nearby for families. Our 12 year old and 9 year old shared a bedroom while we had the suite with a balcony and our own bathroom. Flat is on the third/fourth floors so be prepared to carry suitcases up the winding steps. Owner offered to help us but it was not a problem. Despite the busy neighborhood the flat was surprising quiet. Flat is as advertised. We would stay here again.Owner response: Thank you. Just one more question: What would we have to do to get a five stars (5*) ? Kind regards, Martin Kubisa Owner

I recently stayed in this apartment for a week with two friends and we had a great time. The location is fantastic, you can walk almost anywhere, and it's right in the centre of the underground/public transport map so it's very straightforward to get around the city. During the day there was shopping and sights all around and in the evening it was a short walk to Soho for vibrant nightlife as well as all the theatre of the West End. For such a central location there was also no problem with noise, being that bit tucked away from nightspots and louder areas. Conveniently it's a 3-4 minute walk in either direction to both holborn or covent garden stations as well as around the corner from a huge supermarket and a post office - lots of places to eat and drink also with cafes, bars and pubs around. Although the apartment itself is very small (quite a low ceiling for those who are tall) it has quite a light and open feel due to many slanted windows and the two terraces. We found we didn't use the terraces as much as we thought though as there was no permanent furniture on either and taking the table/chairs in and out was impractical. We didn't use the lower, larger one at all as you have to climb over the double bed to get to it. Another consideration is there is no lift and it is on the third or fourth floor - not a problem at all but I wouldn't recommend for those with disabilities or who struggle with stairs. Because it is small there's not as much space for relaxing or sitting back and reading as there is only one couch and no other chairs apart from the wooden fold-up ones. This was not a problem for us as we spent most of the day out and about but if there were four of you it's a cute but small living space up the top - especially for eating dinner around the table. Overall we found it was the perfect launching pad for exploring the city, it was my first time in London and I felt I got to see lots quite effortlessly because of the location. I spent days and days researching apartments and don't regret my decision at all, If I go back to London I'll stay here again! Thanks Martin for a lovely stay.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

The apartment consists of the 2 upper floors of a building. The downstairs has one large bedroom with adjoining bath and a smaller bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. I stayed with my 2 teenaged daughters and it was perfect. Upstairs is a converted attic type of space which has the kitchen and living area. Because of the large windows upstairs, the apartment was comfortable, despite being there during the hottest days of the year. The appliances are all new, and everything works great. The location is equidistant to Covent Garden and Holborn Tube Stop. Around the corner is a Majestic Wine Shop and Marks and Spencer is 2 blocks away. Really couldnt pick a better location.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
Owner response: Thank you.

Very nice apartment in a perfect location, 2 min. walk from the Holborn tube station. Grocery, drugstore, etc. right around the corner; theaters, restaurants, pubs, all right there. < 10 min. walk to Trafalgar square. On the apartment itself: it's a walk-up, and the apartment is on two levels, but once you get up to the top level (a combined kitchen/dining/living room) it's great, with very nice windows and skylights (which can be opened) and a balcony/patio. Everything you need is there -- kitchen, laundry, etc.; clean, modern, pleasant. Martin is takes great care of the property, and is very good about meeting renters, responding to questions, etc. Definitely recommended.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
Owner response: Thank you. JB has been a great guest and we would like to welcome their party anytime again.
