Entering the long driveway introduces you to the peaceful serenity that is ever-present at this River Valley hideaway. The cottage is about 700 sq. ft, dual pane windows, great eat-in kitchen and a large screened in porch off the back for watching thunderstorms, deer or just sipping your morning coffee in the crisp, clear air!
Walk to the beautiful Dolores River to get trout for breakfast (or dinner!). Use this great location as a spring board for all the activities you have planned in Durango (the Silverton Train ride) or up to Telluride for a summer ski-lift ride through the Aspen and lunch in one of the top notch restaurants.
This unit rents for $500 per week or $1200 per month.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Weekly Rental (seven days) ONLY .. $500/week .. $1200/four-week month.
Deposit of one-third; balance due 60 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation in writing, fee of $100 if less than 60 days, $300 if less than
45 days; NO REFUND if less than 30 days.
Pet Fee of $50/week; $100/month.
Monthly Rental will pay electric use in addition to rent.
Departure Cleaning Fee of $100, non-negotiable.
