Condo was explicitly furnished and extremely clean; well appointed kitchen. We arrived very late at night and the owner was extremely thoughtful by putting fresh milk in the frig and a box of cereal on the counter so we didn't have to run out early to get the kids breakfast! Wow....we were impressed! Will definitly return to this condo. Tons of info on where to go what to see and what to do and owner got us discounts on boat rentals and fishing trips and oh did I say it was clean clean clean!!!

We rented this three bedroom condo to share with our two children and their families. We wanted to have a 3 bedroom and this condo did not disappoint, it was beautiful. It is on the corner so there were views of the beach on two sides. The kitchen was amazing, I actually wish mine at home was as nice! There were even beach toys at the condo for our grandchildren to enjoy and also beach chairs and umbrella all at no extra cost for us!! Not only was the beach clean and beautiful, the pools are very large and even have hot tubs. The condo had everything we could possibly need. We got a late start that day and called the owner to let them know we would have a later arrival time. Imagine our surprise when we opened the refrigerator late that night to find milk and orange juice and a box of cereal on the table. This condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and with caring owners like this we have already booked it again for this summer!!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family. Everything from reservations, check-in and check-out went extremely smoothly. The home was decorated beautifully and was sparkling clean. We loved it. We did a great deal of cooking in for the family and the kitchen was filled with every utensil, dishes, glasses, pitchers, bowls, etc. and appliance you could possibly need. We had everything we needed. The views were awesome. Every morning we would sit out on the balcony looking at the crystal clear water and watch all the marine life coming and going. We saw numerous dolphins, sea turtles, rays and fish every single morning. This was definately the right side of the building to be located because the evening sunsets were spectacular. The firework display from Spinnakers was awesome as well. We had absolutely no complaints or regrets and will definately be back to stay in this unit.
