'It fills up my senses' was the comment of a recent guest at this Beachfront townhome. The sound of the surf is accompanied most often by a gentle gulf breeze and warmth of the sun and always by breathtaking views from the main level deck, the master bedroom balcony, the master bedroom, family room, and even the kitchen.
Pristine sugar white sand and blue green water beacons for beach walks, wading, swimming, fishing, and more. This 'peace' of paradise is located on an unspoiled, uncrowded beach, yet it is less than five minutes from Seaside and/or Rosemary and Grayton Beaches with fabulous restaurants, nightlife, and all the activity you could desire. But try to be back at Beachfront for the spectacular sunsets which confirm you've actually found paradise.
Beautifully furnished, this three-level vacation home has over 1200 square feet of comfort and tranquillity. Wake up to a clear view of the gulf from the king-size bed in the master bedroom and/or step out onto master bedroom balcony to check out the day's temperature and beach breeze. A second bedroom has two full beds and custom made bedspreads. Each bedroom has its own full bath plus a generous supply of bed linens and towels.
A fully-equipped kitchen includes new appliances, a coffee maker, blender, bagel-size toaster, electric can opener, electric mixer, cookware, eating utensils, dishes, glassware, and much more. The dining room table seats six with additional seating for three at the breakfast bar.
An attractive nautical tapestry covers the L-shaped sofa unit which includes a queen-size sleeper. A 27 inch TV, DVD Player and VCR can be viewed from the kitchen, dining room, and family room. A second television and VCR are located on the upper level. Full-size washer and dryer, covered parking, telephones on both levels, barbecue grill with picnic table, bike trails, nearby nature preserve/state park, and a freshwater lake adjoining the rear of the property are but a few of the amenities available at this wonderful vacation home.

Just walking out on the deck and seeing the gulf was wonderful. Great location. White "sugar" sand beaches and clear blue water. The best beach in the USA.Owner response: We hear this response so-o-o often, and appreciate it very much!
