  We rented this condo in early June on short notice...the owners worked great with us to expedite processing our rental...communication was excellent and these are are great people to rent from...the condo was even better than we thought it would be....everything was completely upgraded from the floors to the ceiling....every amenity of home is right there waiting for you just a few minutes from the beach and Coligny Square...the pictures do not do this place justice...unlike a lot of condos on HHI you have plenty of space and do not feel like you are right on top of each other...my wife, two kids and I were comfortable throughout our weeklong trip....we thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would highly recommend this condo!

  We loved staying here and plan to do so again in the future! The pictures don't do this property justice. We took our two small children with us; they had their own room and closet, so we were able to put them to bed at their regular time without ending our evening early as well. Plenty of towels, as well as a washer/dryer in the apartment. Beach paraphernalia included! We rented bikes for transport, the beach is super-convenient, as is a great variety of restaurants and shops. I was blown away by the value received for the price paid; will definitely return to the island, and this property!

  We've rented this 2 bedroom villa once and loved it! It's totally renovated, has new furniture, and is immaculate. It easily sleeps 6...the kids loved the pullout bed! The location is great - 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to Coligny Plaza. There's a great pool a stone's throw away, along with awesome bike paths. The owner was a pleasure to work with; the rental process was easy and seamless. We've rented many condos on Hilton Head Island over the years, but this rental was by far the best. Wasn't sure whether or not to write this review since I want it to always be available!!!!!
