Let our newly redecorated condo, in beautiful Grandezza, be your home away from home. This is a beautiful second story end unit, with tile, new carpets (July 2011), vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light. With over 1600 sq. ft. of living space this condo has plenty of room for you & family or friends. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, en-suite bath, with walk-in shower and a separate entrance to the lanai. The living area has a sofa, love seat, two chairs and a flat screen TV and the attached dining area has seating for 6. The spacious kitchen has an eat-in area and is well stocked with all the supplies one may need. Brand new kitchen appliances added in April 2013. Off of the kitchen is a den with bar stools, a queen size sofa bed and flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the spacious lanai, which has seating for 6, and overlooks the lake and 7th fairway.
Grandezza is a luxurious golf and tennis community in Estero, ideally located near shopping and fine dining at Miromar Outlets, Coconut Point and Gulf Coast Town Center, as well as being convenient to I-75, Germain Arena, and 10 minutes south of the Fort Myers Airport. For the baseball fan, we are conveniently located near the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins, spring training fields. Social Activities include formal and casual dining, tennis on lighted Har-tru tennis courts, two swimming pools and many other events at the European-inspired clubhouse.
Enjoy all the beauty that South West Florida has to offer. Kayaking, fishing, parasailing and boating, are just some of the activities that this fabulous area has to offer. The pristine beaches are just 10 minutes away, where you can search for amazing sea shells, or watch the dolphins swim by. At night, look to the West, to experience amazing Florida sunsets.

We stayed at this 2 bedroom plus Den condo during Jan. and Feb. 2013. The condo was very well appointed, clean and in a great location (walking distance to Miromar Mall). The view from the lanai was great, especially if you enjoy living on a golf course. The owner and property manager were super to work with, and the rates were reasonable considering the size of the condo and the amenities of "Grandezza". Would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great winter getaway.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
