Laguna Beach- Luxury Resort Living! Soak up the sun on one of Southern California's most stunning beaches. Shop exclusive downtown Laguna, and visit our acclaimed art galleries. Walk next door for a memorable dinner at the Montage Resort, or kick back on the deck, throw a steak on the grill, and relax on the cushioned outdoor seating.
We have a one month minimum rental per our HOA rules. Our Villa is newly remodeled and fully equipped with everything you need. There are 3 full baths and a sunny kitchen with lots of space. Enjoy the awesome view from your own living room. Watch the sun set over Catalina Island, or track migrating whales and dolphins.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with private bath and a stunning view. The guest bedroom contains one queen bed and one twin. The third bedroom has two sets of bunks and is great as a kids room. The carport houses two cars, and additional guest parking is available. This end unit is close to the larger pool and the tennis courts.

Wonderful home like atmosphere. I would recommend to anyone who has a love of the ocean,beaches and close to everything this lovely area has to offer. The owners are always available and very attentive to any and all questions.If you are at all interested in this area ,you must give this accommodation a try.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We had a great time at the condo in Laguna Beach. The house was well taken care of and clean. Looked just like the pictures! They provided beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, wet suits, toys, etc... they thought of everything! The house was situated right across from the pool and tennis courts, which was very convenient. The condo development is right on the water. The home is situated up the hill so it's a very short walk to the private beach (just walk down the hill). The benefit to being up the hill is that your closer to the entry and town. We loved the location of the unit within the development! Condo did not have air conditioning, but they did provide the use of fans and on extremely hot days we used them. Most of the time the breeze from the ocean kept us cool. Chris was a pleasure to work with! She even left a book with names of restaurants and supermarkets. The nice part was that she left us the shopper's member cards, so we were able to shop in Albertsons or other markets as members. It just shows that as an owner she cares about her renters. We loved Laguna Beach. It was a chilled atmosphere, very safe and enjoyable. We enjoyed our stay so much, we are returning next summer.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Had a great month in laguna beach. The condo was great. It looked just like the photos, even better. Chris was easy to work with and answered all my questions. It was updated, clean and beds were comfortable.I would highly recommend. She has a book of restaurant recommendations, and I added to it. It is crowded in the summer months but nothing like some other beach towns. A very artsy place. Pageant of the Masters is a must see!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
