  We (two couples) really enjoyed our stay at the Dawn. The property was clean and well maintained. Joe and Alva were very helpful and answered any questions we had very promptly. It was great to walk across the street and go for an early morning walk on the seawall. We used the pools and hot tub ever day. The location is close to shopping and restaurants. There was a probelm with the internet but Joe and Alva are addressing it. Thanks for making our stay in Galveston so enjoyable.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing.

  Was super nice inside. The owners made sure the place was immaculately clean! Loved the location close to everything! Had an umbrella, beach chairs, floats, etc. in a closet ready for the beach! Would definitely stay in the exact same condo again! Also, one of the best priced condos out there, especially for the way it looks inside!

  This is a great condo...very modern, clean & well maintained! It is on the first floor so it is very easy to access & right across from the pool which our kids loved! It is in a great location & the property is gated so there are only residents in & out. It is also right by Wal-Mart which is very convenient for getting groceries & supplies. The king sized beds in both rooms were luxurious & comfortable. This was very much as described & we couldn't have asked for more!!! Our family had a wonderful time...thanks Alva & Joe!!!

  This is a nice condo and very well maintained. The condo was exactly as described on the website. It was very clean and modern and close to everything our family of five (with three young kids) needed. Having the pool 30 feet away was great! I was pleased to find all the cookware I needed, as well as a few snack bags for the kids, paper towels, etc. Alva was very helpful with providing information and we didn't have any issues with access to the property (I was a little concerned about this since it is a privately owned condo). Nothing was out of place. I would recommend staying here and will definitely consider staying again myself.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

  My brother flew in from WA and I wanted to show him Galveston with his son and they were really impressed with how nice of a condo I rented! The Condo had a table and games for the boys, and was very clean. I enjoyed our stay and would stay again! Thank you so much for having us!

  This was really a great deal! I loved having king-sized beds in both bedrooms. So many condos have a King in one, but a Queen in the other. Adult couples just don't sleep comfortably in Queens any more. Queens are used today as single beds. Come on people. Lots of comfortable moving around space. Had everything we needed. This unit has the smaller of The Dawn's two pools just outside the patio deal--can't beat that. I would definitely stay here again.

  This condo was great. Everything they advertised. We plan to stay there again each time we visit Galveston in the future. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

  My mother, myself and my 2 young sons stayed in this condo for fall break. It was absolutely perfect for us. The condo is exactly as described! I am a clean freak, and everything was spotless. The decor is modern, updated and beautiful. The beds are extra comfy. Everything is clean and in great repair. The pool is right outside the patio, and the gulf is right across the street. We parked right in front of the front door! Alva, the owner, is helpful in answering all questions, and gave us her home number just in case. We didn't need it, though. The condo is right across from the seawall, Walmart, restaurants and shopping. I couldn't ask for a more convenient, comfortable accommodation.

  We had a great time in this condo! Overall, I would say it exceeded my expectations. The location (right outside the pool area and a short walk from the beach) were just what we were looking for. The place is beautifully decorated and extremely clean as well. My sister (who is a germaphobe) commented that she felt like she could relax because it was so clean. The beds were very comfortable too! The owner was also very quick to respond to e-mails and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. We would DEFINITELY be interested in staying here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
