Just a few minutes walk to Lake Geneva. Park your car and forget it. This ideally located 2 story townhome is privately tucked away behind the Abbey Resort & AVANI Spa Marina. The Beach, Marina and Boat Rentals, Restaurants, Bars, Lakefront Path and the Abbey Resort are right in your backyard. Kayak and Paddle board rentals as well.
World Class Golf: Several world class golf course are within 20 minutes. The following courses are nearby: Abbey Springs Golf Course, Geneva National has 3 golf courses, the Grand Geneva has 2 courses and a ski hill. Several other golf courses are located nearby whether in Delavan, Lake Geneva, Williams Bay or Fontana. Play a different course every day for a week.....you will never get bored.
Watersports at the Lake: Geneva Lake is known as one of the cleanest lakes around and only 1.5 hours from Chicago. This spring fed lake is great for swimming as it warms up in early summer. Location is what its all about as you are on the 'clean' side of the lake with ALL the action. Everything this lake has to offer is within a few minutes walking distance. Its all at the waterfront including boat rentals, parasailing, waverunner rentals, wakeboarding and water-skiing as well as kayaking and paddle boarding. A windy day? Go sailing or windsurfing. There are too many activities and never a dull moment. Or if you are looking for peacefulness enjoy a day at the beach while watching boaters on the lake and children jumping off piers having the time of their lives! This would be a low stress vacation you will never forget.
Winter Time & a Water Park : Experience snow that covers the trees and forms a picture perfect postcard with the lake in the background! Its a sight to see and quite a change from the typical Chicago winters. The winter time brings some amazing sights including a frozen Geneva Lake. Have you ever walked on a frozen lake? This experience truly brings out the kid in every adult. watch as the ice boaters can reach speeds of up to 60 miles an hour. Snow mobilers come out of nowhere as they pull up to Chuck's on the 'frozen' Lake. Go to lake Como and rent some snowmobiles. 3 ski hills are within a 30 minute drive. You can try the Grand Geneva ski hill which is a nice family hill or Alpine Valley Ski Resort which has just added its 3rd high speed quad chairlift. The old standby Wilmot Ski Hill is also a 30 minute drive. Buy a day pass at Timber Ridge Water Park and enjoy a nice 80 degree day in January.

We had a wonderful stay at this Fontana vacation home! The home itself was beautiful and pristine. Everything that one could possibly want for a comfortable and luxurious stay was available. The owner was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. This would be a great place to bring friends or family for any time during the year.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

My girlfriends and I travelled to Lake Geneva to celebrate my birthday and stayed in this town home. We were apprehensive booking the location without ever having personally been there, but we were not disappointed. The owners were so easy to work with and were extremely helpful and responsive. The home was beautifully decorated and immaculate. To say that I am a picky traveler is an understatement and I was beyond comfortable. We had more then enough space to accommodate our party of 8 without feeling cramped. Highlight for us was that we didn't need to bring anything. They provided it all from beach towels and chairs to all kitchen necessities. We were beyond thrilled and hope to return for our next round of birthdays!Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway.

Our stay in the condo was perfect for 2 grandparents,their daughter, her husband and 2 grandchildren. The children had fun sleeping in bunk beds and the adults found their beds extremely comfortable. All of the furnishing were very nice. There was plenty to do - swimming in the pool right across the street and the lake, boating, tubing, skiing as well as very nice shopping in the town of Lake Geneva and decent restaurants in Fontana, Williams Bay, and Lake Geneva. A Sentry grocery store was nearby as well as a farmer's market in Williams Bay for all our food supplies. We also made it to Dari-Ripple twice for ice cream. Our visit to Fontana, Wisconsin was wonderful. The townhome was spacious and beautifully decorated. It really felt like home. We had 8 adults and a one year old and there was plenty of room (and hot water!) We'll definitely be coming back!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

This townhome was nicely decorated and well maintained. It was perfect for our family of 5 adults and 2 young children. The pool was directly across the street and never crowded. Easy walking distance to restaurants and close to Abby Springs golf course. The owners do a wonderful job of making sure that you have everything you need!Recommended for: Families with young children.

Beautifully decorated condo with plenty of space for our six adults and one baby. Everyone had their own space. Deck furniture was cozy and comfortable. This really is a nicely equipped unit and a great location.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway.

About the owner: We are a family of 5 and have been going up to Lake Geneva for many years. Our 3 boys love swimming in one of the cleanest lakes around. We are creating many great memories with our kids.
Why the Owner Chose Fontana:
After years of 'going to the lake' we like our location the best since it can be quiet and nestled in nature while only steps away from all the action. We are walking distance to all of the fun!

Our town home is very spacious allowing everyone to spread out and relax. The bunk bed room is a kids haven with a large flat screen tv with Netflix and You Tube, surround sound, Blueray DVD, Bluetooth ready to play music from your Apple device and Playstation. Our main Family room has a 55 inch flat screen, Surround Sound, Blueray DVD and Netflix. Our pool has a nature view and is rarely crowded.
