OUR TOWNHOUSE is centrally located in Green Valley. Close to it all! It is a quite, ground level end unit with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. The master has an en suite bath and the second bedroom and bath can be closed off to make it a second master suite.
GREEN VALLEY RECREATION
Green Valley Recreation membership is available for 13 recreational facilities located throughout Green Valley. Activities include swimming pools, fitness centers, arts and crafts rooms, jacuzzi, tennis courts, billiards, shuffleboard, dancing, ceramic and clay studios, woodworking, and computer club and more. Special interest classes are available and a catalog is printed twice a year with listings. The offerings include calligraphy, genealogy, yoga, etc. It's no wonder many retirees say they are busier now than they were during their working life.
GOLF
Green Valley is a golfer's paradise. There are nine course available for a nominal fee and three private courses. And, if that's not enough there are at least two dozen other courses within an hour's drive. Golf is a way of life in Green Valley, so much so that golf carts are considered a second car. And, golf cart lanes are featured on many streets. It's no surprise though, because the sunshine allows for play literally 365 days per year!

The Santa Rita Mountains and Madera Canyon are just 15 miles from Green Valley. The canyon, carved out by Madera Creek, is home to a vast assortment of wildlife. I rented this house with two of my girlfrends and my small dog. It was perfect! We were down here to do some golfing, and it was close to everything we did.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, pet owners, girls getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. The owner said all we needed was our toothbrushes and that was exactly correct. The rooms were very comfortable and the unit was very well equipped. The property owners were extremely nice to work with and the entire arrangement for our week long rental of this unit went very smoothly. For anyone planning a week or a month in Green Valley, I heartily recommend this particular VRBO option. I would consider this unit again in a heartbeat the next time my family comes to Green Valley.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children.

We were so comfortable for our one-week stay at this property. Everything we needed was there; we loved being able to cook out on the patio with the gas grill, and especially enjoyed having access to the rec center with the pool and shuffleboard. The townhome is clean and fully equipped, and is right in the heart of Green Valley, so it's a quick trip to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. - easy walking distance to Walgreen's to rent movies. The owners made it easy for us to check in and out and to get in touch with them if needed. We did a nice hike in Madera Canyon, went down to Tubac and Tumicacori, and spent a lot of time at the townhouse just relaxing with our daughters and their husbands.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway.

I stayed at this property for the month of January. It was as described, or better. It was very clean and neat. This was the best supplied property I ever stayed in. I asked if there was a dominoes set there and she volunteered to lend us hers. The owners were very responsive to questions and suggestions. I loved the location--close to everything in Green Valley. There was a pile of information on activities in the area. While there wasn't much view of the mountains, the back patio led out to a large wash with many birds, a small cactus garden, etc. Using the facilities of the GVR was important to me, and that was provided. I had friends visit and they thought it was a perfect place for them next year if they go to GV. It was just the right size. The 2nd bedroom/bath was separated from the rest of the home, making it more private. One excursion we made was via Pima College. They run tours various places, and we took one to Ghost Towns and Mines, which was really excellent. There was WiFi in the home, and a land line with free long distance. These are great amenities.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, pet owners, girls getaway.

We stayed at this Green Valley townhouse for 2 weeks. What a delight. The owners were very accommodating. And since they live in Green Valley, they were able to give us great information about what to do in southern Arizona. Everything is just as it was advertised - fresh clean and welcoming. About the owner: My wife and I are retired and live year round in Green Valley. We love it! We can be a wealth of information about the surrounding area. And, we have two beagles. So, we understand Pet Friendly.

Have lived in Arizona most of my life and can't think of anywhere else I'd rather be. It may be warm but you can't shovel sunshine! Our townhomes in Casa Paloma II are centrally located. Each has a master suite and the second bedroom and bath can be considered master suites as well. Though slightly over a 1000 square feet the efficient use of space makes it seem so much bigger.
