  We had a great stay for a week at this condo. It was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable, well located and very nicely equipped. This is probably the 6th or 7th condo we have rented in Mammoth over the past 15 years. It is a 10 minute walk from The Village and the shuttle stop is across the street. We were impressed with how comfortable the bed was. The owner was very helpful answering emails about suggested restaurants and activities. The condo was spotless with new floors and paint. The master shower was new and very spacious. We look forward to staying again.

  I gave it 5 stars cause if i had any questions the owner was very quick to reply and answer any questions i have. It is located really close to canon lodge and the village. The place is exactly how it looks in the pictures, also the ac and heater in every room was also a bonus since we are from hawaii we need that heater in this cold. I love the showers its like each bedroom has its own shower so no waiting to take a bath or get ready. Its a really nice place and located very well in mammoth.

  Cleanliness and Location (5 STARS: EXCELLENT) The unit is very clean. I have a 8 month old and allowed her to crawl around on the floor without having to worry about dust and small objects on the ground. The unit is conveniently located within walking distance to the village (15 minutes with kids) and has shuttle service right out front. Amenities (4 STARS: GOOD) The kitchen is spotless and has all the amenities to cook a nice meal from scratch or with Costco food (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). There is ample firewood to keep the family warm throughout the night in the living room. Nice sized LCD TV that rotates from living room to dinning/kitchen, which we wished we could have used when the kiddos were asleep, but the owner was very understanding about the situation. All linens were supplied for us. My 2 year old enjoyed the little toys in the second bedroom when we were indoors. We went when it was dumping during the weekend, so it took some time for the rooms to heat up. There are 2 bathrooms, well kept and clean making it convenient for the whole family. Master bath has a clean shower with a sitting area and the shared bathroom has a standard tub/shower, making it easy to bathe the little ones. Beds are comfy and firm. Recliners in the living room provided relaxation by the fire. Free WIFI allowed us to access our laptops. The slated entry/mudroom has a bench and heater, which warmed up the family upon entering the unit. Service (5 STAR: EXCELLENT) The owner is prompt in answering emails and calls. They are kind and understanding of your needs. The customer service is OUTSTANDING and they make you feel relaxed to enjoy your stay stress-free. The unit is located down stair and the parking is right in front (easy loading and unloading)! We would stay here again!

  Very cozy with beautiful hard wood floors throughout. Very clean with plenty of amenities and comfortable furnishings. Location in complex is the best with parking directly in front. Bottom level condo and loved having no steps to manage around! Bus stop to Cayon Lodge is also right across street from your front door..... Big +! Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

  well maintained condo, spacious, very clean, smells good(no pets, cigarette smell), well equipped, everything works, so its the onething you want after a day in the mountain. a place to relax!!!! very great customer service! responds fast. will definitely be back and recommend.
