My buddy and I came to fish,dive and party.Unfortunately,the partying was quiet but the local bar and restaurant had plenty of friendly locals and a colorful bartender who treated us like locals. The food was good and the atmosphere was really laid back. We rented a boat for a couple hundred a day and easily found world class reefs to spearfish within an hour of Treasure Cay. The condo comes with a boatslip right out front and we BBQ the fresh fish right on the patio.We also rented a golf cart and had a ball exploring the island beaches and canals with the beautiful homes and also hit a few other restaurants and pubs. Overall it was great value for what we got:A fully equipped,well furnished condo with the comforts of home. The manager was very helpful greeting us and making sure our trip went smooth.But,gave us all the privacy we wanted. We highly recommend this unit for friends ,familes or couples!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

In all my years traveling to fishing destinations around the world, I never have rented such a "turn key" deal like this one. I am an avid fisherman and diver. From the moment I walked in the door after arriving at the small island airport, I was met by Shawnee, my personal caretaker. The unit had all the personal effects of a home someone made their own comfortable, warm and happy paradise. From the pictures on the walls, to the completely stocked kitchen, linens, emergency supplies, bathrooms and amenities, I felt like I overpacked. The unit is extremely clean but not sterile like a cold hospital room. It looks and smells like a warm spring morning on a tropical island. Beautiful views of the water from most every room, especially the vaulted ceiling living/dining room and open kitchen. It has a great base unit VHF radio along with two handheld units making it easy to call a cab, order a pizza, call the reataurant, or hail my wife and kids, who were always close by. The location is great, walking distance to the most beautiful beach I have seen. No crowds, no suspicious types walking the area, just white blinding sand with turqoise water as clear as gin. The beach is a two minute walk or a 30 second drive by the golf cart. The marina and spinnaker bar as well. Boat rentals, drive in movie theatre and "pizza night" at the spinnaker provided us more options than we imagined. Gold was good. Typical island course, but 1/4 mile away! no wait time and very affordable. There is a french bakerey with awesome breakfast and coffee. Also a supermarket close enough to walk too or a quick golf cart away. Definately no car needed for a week trip. Walking, bikes and golf cart did the job. Fishing was great, reef and offshore. Fuel dock on the way out from marina. Easy navigation. Great day trips too out islands like Elbow Cay with the family. Morning coffee on the balcony surrounded bu the bouganvillas made for a great place to plan the day. Boat slip is right behind the unit and security is great. I left my rods out and had no worries. The people were extremely sweet and warm and the unit had everything i needed. I never found myself going to store for anything but food. It has books, hi speed internet, storage, private parking, and a TV in every room. I will be back ASAP as I feel like a local already. Great value and a sweet location. You won't want to leave and don't pack much but shorts, flipflops, and a toothbrush. Tranquil & FunRecommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
