Pelican Isle, an oceanfront complex without all of the traffic congestion of other resort communities is located on Okaloosa Island. This unit is located on the first floor and has a parking garage underneath, so it realistically sits on the second floor and is elevated enough to have totally unrestricted views of the beach and ocean in three directions.
The unique floor plan will accommodate six persons. One master suite with an extremely comfortable king-size bed and a wonderful bathroom to refresh in after a day at the beach. There is also a bunk alcove with 2 additional flat screen televisions for the children to watch their own programs. Last, but not least there is a queen-size sofa sleeper, along with another flat screen television and DVD in the spacious living area, make a visit to the beach enjoyable and comfortable. The privacy of two FULL baths (for 1 bedroom units) is a rare find. This first floor unit (second floor view) is decorated in a casual, relaxed manner to promote a carefree atmosphere. There is a washer and dryer within the unit for the convenience of our guests, as well as wireless internet and an electronic lock.
