Thank you for a wonderful stay and all the care taken to make sure that we had a great time. The condo was beautifully decorated and flawlessly maintained. Your pictures on vrbo are spectacular, but the real thing is better! We have small children and enjoy the convenience of the beach and pool being so easily accessible, yet we appreciate the upscale feel of the condo and the spacious balcony for spending time together while the kids were resting. There are so many reasons why we'll keep coming back, beginning with the condo itself and the professional yet personal approach of the owners. We also love the great beaches, shopping, and dining nearby! The view is awesome, but weather is much cooler in March. The pool is nice and beach was beautiiful. Cleaning company needs to do a better job in showers, but overalll it was nice.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

The condo is as beautiful as the web pictures.This was my Mother in Law's first trip to the Sandestin Area and she was impressed. The accomodations were perfect. We arrived a little early and your housekeeper was exceptional. She allowed us to unload, made us feel welcome, and answered our questions. We enjoyed the shopping, dining, beach, and especially the golf. We highly recommend the Ocean Club for dining and the Baytowne/ Raven Golf Courses. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you to Michelle for everything. It was a very relaxing week.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

OK, my expectations were high, but the experience far exceeded any expectation I had. I already knew it was going to be a wonderful place to stay as I had met the owners when I dropped off the payment. They take great care in their property and are so excited for others to enjoy what they put in. The quality of this place was amazing. I loved the furnishings. I especially loved the quality of the mattresses and bedding. We slept wonderfully each night so we were ready to tackle the days activities. We definitely returned rested and relaxed. Thank you for such a wonderful time. We recently stayed at the Tides condo. It was great! The location and view can't be beat. The condo was beautiful. We enoyed our stay and will definately be back!!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My wife and I come to Destin each October and have come to enjoy all of the amenities the Tides at Tops'l has to offer. This year we were looking for a "special" property to celebrate my 65th birthday, and Tides 1302 fit the bill perfectly. The unit is as clean as the photos depict, and was very comfortable throughout. Each morning we enjoyed our coffee on the balcony which was indeed the catbird seat in terms of seeing what's going on at the beach. Michelle and Alan were excellent hosts, and we plan on returning in October of 2013.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

My family and I just got back this week from an absolutly fantastic stay at Tides1302. We have been going down to Destin for several years, however we have never had the pleasure of staying in such a updated, home away from home setting. The condo had a personal touch to it which made it comfortable to relax in. The decoration also made you feel like a lot of care, time and thought was put into it. We also loved, loved the smart TV. When we weren't using netflix we were using Pandora. The beds were so very comfortable and clean. Also the Condo facility itself was clean, neat and had so much to offer. We spent most of our time under the umbrella and chairs on the beach and night swimming in the pool. I also enjoyed the fact that I was able to speak to the owner directly. Makes you feel like you are renting from a good friend. Can't wait for the opportunity to rent this unit again! Thanks again to the owners for working with our rental dates too!!! Places we enjoyed: Shoe Salon- if there is a women who loves shoes, this is the place to stop by and see!! Food: Pompano Joe's, Crab Trap, Harry T's, Back Porch, Red Bar, The Donut HoleRecommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Had a great time at your beautifully decorated condo! The beach view from the balcony and master bedroom is absolutely stunning! Had breakfast on the balcony and enjoyed welcoming the day as we watched the beach slowly come to life. Could not ask for a better way to spend a truly relaxing week before getting back to the grind of work, the kids' busy activity schedule, and school starting up! The girls loved having Netflix late at night. The beds were especially comfortable as well. Our family stayed in this beautiful condo and everything was exactly as it looked in the photos. We especially liked the direct view of the ocean from the master suite as well as the family room/kitchen areas. The condo was clean and well decorated. He had the opportunity to meet Michelle and she was so on top of making sure our stay was perfect!
