  We enjoyed our stay in this nice and clean townhouse. The location is very convenient, only minutes to Disney theme parks, restaurants and grocery stores. The owner is very accommodating. We will definitely be back!

  Just returned from a girls trip to the Food and Wine festival at Epcot. Had a pleasant stay at this home. Very close to Disney, eating and shopping. Owners were very helpful and great to deal with. Looking forward to going back.

  We stayed for 4 nights with my parents and 3 year old daughter. Very close to all of the major Disney parks. In less than 15 minutes we were in the parking lot. Super Target is close for getting groceries to save some money while at Disney, which is also nice. The community pool was very close and well maintained (we were the only people in it 2 nights). One should know that while this place is great for families on a budget, if you want lots of amenities provided or very fancy accomodations, this is not the place for you. We bought our own toilet paper and hand soap. I was made aware of this prior to renting, so it was not a big deal. I also realized after buying groceries that there are no baking sheets (although there are pots and pans). The money we saved while staying at this place was well worth having to buy a few extra things. Even without toilet paper and soap, it was very clean and there were towels, extra sheets, etc. Hopefully will stay again when we return for our next Disney vacation!

  it is really my best choise for our Orlando trip. nice and clean house and close to everywhere. kids are eating well and sleeping well. owner is very nice and make the reservation very easy. will come back later and recommend to friends

  Overall my family and I had a very nice stay in this condo. One of the best perks is how close it is to the Disney parks. For most of the time we had four adults, one child and one infant. My brother in law and his girlfriend stayed one night with their two children. Everyone had a place to sleep and there was plenty of room for all of us. Most necessities were provided. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because there wasn't any hand soap, my mother in law found the King bed to be a bit hard, and the full size crib I thought would be there was actually one of the smaller sized play yards with no sheets for it. But anyway, it was still good that we didn't have to bring our own. Also, it was great having a high chair available. I believed we would have toilet paper, a roll of paper towels and hand soap when we arrived. We did have the toilet paper and a roll of paper towels but not the soap. I understood that we would have to purchase our own after it was gone but there wasn't any to begin with. Also, if you like to drink coffee, there is a coffee pot for use but you need to bring your own filters. It was still a very roomy and comfortable place to stay. I thought our bed in the downstairs guest room was very comfortable. It was nice having a bathroom right across from our bedroom and also having one on suite for the master and one close to the children's bedroom. The bathrooms are a good size and clean. We had no trouble using the wireless internet. The air conditioner worked great. We never ran out of hot water for showers. All appliances worked well. The children enjoyed the playground and it was close by, as was the pool. The pool was peaceful and we were the only ones in it when we went. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part. You have to expect some noise but no one was obnoxious and I felt secure there. Don't expect much from the wet land conservation trail. I thought I would use it as a trail for running but it is only a bridge that runs into a small grassy/woodsy area and then ends. If you just want to walk on the wooden bridge to see if you can find any critters it is probably ok. Or, maybe it would be a nice place for a family photo op. It just wasn't what I was expecting. But that isn't really a big deal. The price was very reasonable. Jean was easy to work with and answered all of my questions in a fairly timely manner. Like I said in the beginning, overall we had a very nice stay and I would stay here again.

  The house was very comfortable with Tv's in every room, beautiful and family friendly. The owner of the unit was excellent and friendly, she made the reservation very quick and smooth. My family and I enjoyed the house, home away from home. The house has a room downstair which is a plus for older people. My father in law loved it as the room and bathroom were closed to the exit. Overall it was excellent, am already refering my friends and looking forward for many stays. Jean thank you very much for making the process excellent and for the beautiful home. Again Home away from home.
