A $250 security deposit is required - higher if bringing a pet.
$75 cleaning fee - the fee is to insure a clean house upon your arrival.

I rented this property for my daughter and her boyfriend and 4 friends for his 20th birthday, at their expense. They thoroughly enjoyed the property. They said it was awesome! It was just as advertised. (I have rented other properties, in other locations and they weren't anything like their pictures or descriptions). The owner was great, she gave them great directions to the property and directions to everything in the area. As it was their first time travelling that far, her directions made it very easy to get there. They would love to rent it again.

Had a great weekend in this adorable house! It was a girls weekend, with 8 of us there was more than enough room! The pictures do the house no justice, you can't get the full picture with how the loft and how everything is set up. In the kitchen you have everything you need. The game was great, especially for kids. We had so much fun in the jacuzzi, it fit four people comfortably. From the decks you can see the lake, very quiet and peaceful! Denise was very accommodating. Would love to stay here again!

Our family had a relaxing and peaceful stay at this property. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi, the game room, and cozy fires in the fireplace. The loft provided a great area for the kids to play video games. The home was clean and the owner provided excellent customer service. We highly recommend this vacation rental property.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this house for our 1 year anniversary. It was clean, cozy, and romantic! Exactly what we needed :) We enjoyed the house very much and was exactly as pictured!! I will definitely recommend this house to friends.

i rented this cabin for my 30th birthday. It was a wonderful weekend with lots of things to do close by. Denise was great. She is quick with responses and there was no surprises. The gameroom is more for kids than adults. There was a lot of space, seating, and the kitchen was fully stocked with lots of cooking utensils. The house has a very country feel to it. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful weekend. This house is exactly (if not better than) it is presented in the listing! The property was so clean and cozy. The spa room was relaxing and fit 4 of us pretty easily. All of my friends had a great time and were extremely pleased staying at this house. Additionally, Denise was beyond helpful and friendly. She provided directions to everything in the area. I would definitely stay here again!

My family loved staying in this home. It was the perfect little winter getaway. The amenities are great. The game room and gaming system were a hit. We wished we had stayed another night.

We stayed there during the Christmas weekend for a mini ski getaway. The house was very nice and super cozy. We enjoyed the game room and the huge variety of board games that were available. Everything is offered there to make our stay comfortable, including a spa tub that is big enough to fit 4 people. The closest restaurant is not too far away with about a 5 minute drive. We went to Camelback for snowboarding which was about 20 minutes away. Overall, I really loved this house and would probably stay there again.

We rented this house for the NYE celebration and are impressed how clean and cozy it is! Very convenient location, just around 90 mins from NYC, close to highway. We stayed over spring break (3/30 to 4/2/2010) and had a great time. The property has a very welcoming and warm feeling, and we all truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was immaculately clean and in superior condition. Anything you could possibly need is there. We really loved our stay and will be renting again soon.
