  Troy's place was clean and had everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a few days. Our kids loved the full-size bed that they got to share in its own cozy room. Our only disappointment was that we couldn't SEE the beach from the condo, but we were literally steps away. We would stay here again, and would highly recommend it to others. The beach is so close and as kid-friendly as you could ask for, with gentle waves. The beach was never crowded, and at times we had it all to ourselves. The kids also enjoyed running in the grassy area between the condo and the beach (near the pool) and we had lunch picnics there every afternoon.

  We were so glad we chose to stay at this place. It was a very good price for us, and had everything we needed. Troy (the owner) should upload the pictures of its bathroom! It was very very clean and almost looked like it's been remodeled. The only downside is that when it is really windy, you hear a hissing noise coming through windows all night. When you are dead tired from all the activities during the day, you hardly notice this noise, but when you are not that tired, it definitely wakes you up a couple of times. But overall we really enjoyed our stay! We were so happy we found this place!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, families with young children.

  This was a fantastic location for my vacation. I love the North Shore of Oahu - as it is a much slower pace compared to Waikiki! I couldn't have asked for anything better. The apartment has everything that you could need and is in a great location to the areas that I wanted to visit. As an added bonus you can walk from the patio to the beach in about 10 seconds!! I loved that I could leave the patio door open and hear the waves in the morning. I will definitely be back....and soon :)

  Troy's place is very well kept and in a secluded area. His description of the place are true, but it's a little too secluded for me. There are bus stops in front of the complex and has a pool and a weight room. I was always out and about so I didn't use them. With the front and sliding doors open, you get a very nice breeze through the studio. You're 20 to 40 minutes from Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay, and Haleiwa. If seclusion and long walks on the beach is for you, I highly recommend Troy's place.

  This is a great choice for vacation I recommend it 100% the north shore is the place to be and this condo is right on the beach! The owner Troy was very nice and helpful! The only downside i saw to it was no a/c but fans were provided for comfort which ended up working out great! But we didn't wanna leave! Great stay A+++++

  Very clean and comfortable condo with everything you could ever need. We slept with the slider door open and could hear the ocean from our bed. Better than any hotel by far! Full kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit so we didn't have to take home dirty clothes, flat screen tv with cable, we could watch rental movies or play games. Troy is the owner and he's very kind, thoughtful and easy to work with. We had peace and quiet like a local, beach & pool right out side the door and waimea bay was only 20 minutes out if you want to snorkel and the pro surfers are even closer at sunset and pipeline. We had a wonderful time, and could have easily moved in and called it home! Thank you so much for everything, we'll be back again!

  My wife and I spent 3 days here and Troy was a pleasure to work with. We did not have long to schedule the trip so the ability to find something this quick for the price we paid really worked out well. Troy met us at the condo and explained the in's and out's. We did not spend much time at the condo due to all of the activities we had planned but if you are planning on visiting both the North Shore and East side of the island, I would definitely recommend this location. It was an easy 20-30 minute drive to all of the hiking and snorkeling locations we were interested in visiting. The only downside we found is that without any windows and being on the first level, the room became stuffy in the evening. Again, this was not a huge deal, just an inconvenience. We would definitely stay here again if we travel back.

  We were VERY pleased with everything about this place! The location (North Shore area) was great for our itinerary. It was very clean. We loved having the washer, dryer, and kitchen. It was a quiet & relaxing setting. Troy was great to work with. If we come back to Oahu, we definitely would like to stay here again.
