  Good stay; very pleasant accommodations/surroundings. Especially good for walking my pet and closeness to the Seaside Farms shopping area and all of Mt. Pleasant/C'ton. Probably the only recommendation I would submit or would, as a male, like to see ESPN and one of the news channels on the TV. Four shopping channels is more than I need. Otherwise, the furnishings and accessories were great.

  I cannot thank Andrew enough for allowing us to change our reservation last minute due to a death in my family. Because of this alone I will always want to book with him. The condo was very well kept, professionally cleaned and in a great location. It is within walking distance to resturants and bars. The neighborhood is quiet and I felt safe to walk around in the evenings alone. It is just a short drive (15 mins max) into downtown Charleston which we did on several occasions. After being out and about in downtown Charleston, it was nice to return to the condo with our toddler and relax and watch movies. Great stay.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, families with young children.

  This place was so close to everything--shops, the beach, and Charleston. The inside of the condo was very clean. The only recommendation I have is a toaster and blender in the kitchen. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

  The condo was in an excellent location and easy to find. It was very quiet and had lovely grounds with several wooded paths. We took our 2 dogs with us and they were at home immediately and loved the trails to roam upon. The condo itself was in good condition. The kitchen was well stocked and had beautiful granite countertops. There was a full laundry room just off the kitchen which was a huge help. Our request for the condo was at very short notice (1 day prior to needing it) and the owner was extremely accommodating. We even needed to extend our stay by a couple of days later in the week and that was a seamless transaction as well. If I had any complaint at all, it would be with the pillows on the bed in the master. They were very old and in need of updating. Fortunately, we brought our own. All in all it was a great experience and we would rent here again. Thanks.

  We rented this for my in-laws (in their 90's) to come down and enjoy a few weeks away from the colder North. The condo is very nicely appointed and is right off the connector to the Isle of Palms. Grocery, Target, and lots of restaurants are a short walk. The Gym is great. The condos are nestled in the woods and feel very private. The area is quiet but there is some noise (mostly during the day) from the IOP connecter which is not too far away. Neighbors were quiet.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners.

  I can echo everything the previous review stated. The condo itself is beautiful, clean, and extremely comfortable. We were so pleased with its location - walking distance to grocery and restaurants, easy drive to Charleston, and a VERY quick drive to the beach (we enjoyed both Charleston and the beach every day!). The complex was fantastic - huge pool and a great workout room were big pluses. I also appreciated the flexibility for dates, since we too had some constraints due to work. We would definitely recommend this condo to friends and would stay here again! Thank you for a super vacation!

  We had a very restful and relaxing stay in this condo. The description of the location was very accurate. In fact it was much closer to the beach than we anticipated. The rental photos on this site are also very accurate depictions of the unit, with the exception a few items, i.e., DVD, CD player, or stereo that we could not locate. The property was very clean and well-maintained, as well as the rest of the complex, including the pool area. We also appreciated that the property was so pet friendly. The owner was very helpful, as well as very professional with the entire arrangement. I especially appreciated his willingness to be flexible with our vacation dates, as most rentals only rent week to week, and we only had enough days to take a long weekend vacation. I will certainly recommend this property to a friend or relative. As for nearby amenities, we found the Gilligan's restaurant to be very warm and welcoming, even to our little pooch, Paco. Everything we ate there was delicious, every staff member was very friendly, and the deck offered such a breath-taking view of calm water and beautiful live oaks that I could have sat there for hours! Thanks for a fun and relaxing vacation. We would love to stay at your place again sometime!
