Great weekend away!
Great weekend away!
Pros: - Jamie is pretty efficient and responded to my inquiries within a reasonable timeframe. - Trust me, the house is much prettier than it looks in pictures. - Right by the lake, with a deck and chairs to relax in the sun. - Multiple sources of amusement: a humongous TV downstairs, a games room, a canoe and 4 life jackets, you can build a fire in the backyard at night. Cons*: - Hot water doesn't run for long. Couldn't use the hot tub as it would be 1/4 warm water and suddenly change to freezing water. - Have to drive a bit of a distance to drop off garbage. *It was my first time at a cottage so I don't know if these two things are the norm for all cottages you go to. I had a great time though and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Owner response: Hi Femi, I'm glad you had a good time at the cottage. As to your two concerns, taking garbage to the dump is a part of cottage life - luckily the two dumps are relative close to the cottage. The hot water heater sounds like it might not be working properly, as it should not run out so quickly. We will definitely have it looked at right away. Thanks again and hope to see you back soon!
