Relax under the palm trees with a good book, a cool drink, or for a nap. Enjoy the sun and swim on the beach or the private villa pool. The on site pool is for villa owners and their guests only. Next door at The Beach Club an Olympic pool and an adult pool with cocktail bar are available. During HIGH season, Fine or casual dining restaurants are open next door at The Beach Club as well as fast food fast at Lil' Dipper providing sandwiches, chicken, pizza, and your favorite ice cream.
This two bedroom and two bath villa is centrally located near shops, restaurants,Racquet Club, Fitness Center,Club pools, bike rentals, walking trails. The upstairs was renovated in 2010 to provide a large walk in shower for the master bedroom and guest bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest room has a queen and two twins. Both have ceiling fans, TVs and balconies with ocean views.
The downstairs kitchen is fully furnished and includes a breakfast bar. The dining area seats 6 and is open to the living room. There is a full bath with tub and shower downstairs. A new flat screen TV with DVD and VCR is located in the living room. Books and some of our favorite movies are provided for your enjoyment.
Enjoy your coffee on the patio with the newspaper or a good book in the morning and Happy Hour and grilling in the evening. A charcoal grill is provided.
During the summer months you may discover giant Loggerhead turtles nesting on the beach at night and tiny turtles hatching from older nests during the day! PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB THE TURTLES. What a sight to see these baby turtles struggle slowly to the ocean in order to one day return as adults. They return to their birth place to lay their eggs and the cycle starts all over again.
Fripp is designated as a wildlife preserve,therefore, deer roam freely. A variety of beautiful birds abounds including pelicans, egrets,osprey and a red bird that loves to perch on or near our patio. Dolphins move rhythmically along the ocean in front of the villa.
As seen in the movies Forest Gump, The Prince of Tides and The Jungle Book, Fripp is best traveled by golf cart. Rentals are available both on and off the island.
Enjoy golf at the two well maintained courses designed by Davis Love,III and George Cobb. Golf shops are located at both courses. You can also get a great breakfast at the Ocean Pointe course!
Club guest cards may be purchased prior to arrival in order to access all Club activities and amenities. A card is required for each guest over age 12. Memorial Day through Labor Day the cost is $50.00 per card. Labor Day to Memorial Day the cost is $35.00 per card. You may enjoy the villa pool and beach without cards.
Primary renters must be at least 21 years old. Pets and smoking are not allowed.

My family and I loved staying in the Marchant's condo. Well kept and clean! It could not have been a better location to get to beach and pool. We will def. be coming back!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.
