  We must say our stay from, 05May13-09May13, was absolutely wonderful!!! The champagne and chocolates were a very nice touch as we were on our honeymoon! We were very impressed with the house and everything you have thought of to offer your guests, from the nightlight in the Master bathroom, the books and games on the shelves, the lovely, but not overdone beach decorating, and the travel cooler above the counter...I must go on with the first aid kit in the bathroom, the cozies, sunscreen, and bug spray in the dining room...and I will continue to go on...as I cannot forget the fabulous pool, excellent location to the beach and places to eat!!! We are frequent travelers to the area, and have found our new favorite spot! Sincerely, The Dochtermans

  Just returned from a weekend stay at the property. Absolutely everything was perfect during our stay. We fit four adults and two children easily into the house. Huge kitchen, a grill outside, private salt water pool, two bathrooms, supplies for the beach, and walking distance to the beach. I would definately come back and recommend it. There's a small grocery store nearby, and a few restaurants and bars. It's not near the main area of Siesta Key, but that didn't matter. We prefered being in the quieter neighborhood setting.

  We had an amazing stay. The house was very, very clean when we arrived. The street is very quiet, there's a great little grocery store, a nice restaurant, tiki bar, ice cream shop, bike & kayak rental, all within a 5 minute walk. The beach is a 7 minute walk. The location of this house is outstanding. Everything you need for the beach is provided, a beach cart, chairs, towels, toys. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. There's a high quality blender for mandatory margaritas pool-side. The property manager, Nita, was very pleasant and promptly answered all the questions we had. The only negative thing I can think of, and it's very minor, was the wifi was quite poor. We will definitely be returning here; I highly recommend it.

  We LOVED this home! The house is perfect, the location could not be better and the owners have thought to include everything! We parked the car and never had to get back in! You want dinner, coffee or even ice cream? Walk down the street! We are looking forward to coming back next year already!

  This property was recommended to us by a friend who had stayed there and it was absolutely perfect. The location, the privacy, the private pool, EVERYTHING!! It was extremely family friendly and our kids didn't even want to spend time at the beach when we had our own private oasis to come home to. Nice bike ride to the village, but within walking distance of a few great restaurants and a grocery store. Property manager, Nita was accessible if you needed her and checked in via email a couple times during the week. Home was clean, updated and well maintained. We will definitely be back. Thanks for the memories.

  My husband, 3 children and I had a great visit! The house was so nicely done - very clean and had everything - EVERYTHING - we needed. Kitchen was well equipped, beach chairs and carts were really handy - it was great. We especially loved the pool area - spent a lot of time out there. The location is perfect - a short walk or bike ride to beach, restaurants, grocery. We loved the house and Siesta Key and would highly recommend it! Oh - and the Orange Octopus is great for coffee in the morning, ice cream later in the day or evening. We made many visits!

  What a wonderful time we had at this property! Everything exceeded our expectations. The "real thing" is even better than the pics. Nice home, wonderful pool, comfy beds, great kitchen. We had two adults and 4 kids (elementary, high school & college age) and everyone had a wonderful time. The weather was a bit cooler initially, but the pool setting (heated pool) made for a great setting for swimming, trying out the snorkel & mask and laying in the sun. At every point, the owners seem to have made thoughtful touches to make the place warm and homey, both inside and out. We pretty much stayed on site the whole week, and I heard several comments of "best vacation ever!" so this place is a winner! The property manager was easy to work with, very nice, and responsive. Can't wait to go back!

  Wow, the place was absolutely spotless when we arrived! We loved the extremely well maintained pool (pool lighted at night...just awesome) and relaxing area around the pool; complete with sturdy patio furniture, pool toys and Weber grill. Just a short walk to the amazing Siesta Key beach with white sand as far as the eye can see (saw some dolphins jumping around which was cool!). The accommodations inside the home were outstanding with a "much better than hotel" bed and large, well-supplied kitchen area. Bathrooms were kind of small, but realistically how much time do you plan on spending there on your vacation anyway? It was awesome not to have to carry around a key for the home; great idea with the keyless lock. Would recommend this home to anyone who wants to be close to an amazing ocean beach and stay in a place that is a major upgrade a hotel room.

  My husband, two young daughters and I had a wonderful stay in this home. The owner was so thoughtful with the amenities, that we wound up taking for granted that what we wanted would be there! Yes, there were beach towels and toys. Bikes, check. Gas in the grill - yes. iPod dock for the surround sound speaker (including out by the pool!) - sure! We never ran into an item we wanted that wasnt there, and the quality of everything was better than I would dare to hope from a vacation home. Comfy beds, high thread count sheets, soft bath towels. New appliances, granite countertops, and everything was *clean*! Siesta Key was lovely, too. We were a few miles south of the main public beach, but the sand 3 blocks from this house is just as nice, and less crowded. It would be a long walk to the village, but only 2 blocks to a really nice grocery store, ice cream & coffee shop, and charming tiki bar. Also, the restaurant 1 block from the house, Clayton's, had excellent scallops and key lime pie. Beyond that, and maybe most importantly, the property manager was pleasant, prompt, and very helpful - everything was easy and seamless. We don't usually repeat vacations since there is so much out there to see and do, but we had such a nice time at this place, in this house, that I think we'll probably do the whole thing over again next year! Thanks again!

  Place was better than the description. Photos were helpful, but the place was better in person. Loved having a private pool, which helped cool us off after a full day on the beach or site-seeing. Would rent there again. Property was very clean. Was just a short walk to the beach and great restaurants. Would recommend to a friend, but not for the weeks that we take. Easy access to the mainland.
