Why the Owner Chose LovelandLoveland is the Gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park, and is a beautiful community balanced with all the outdoor sports and shopping avalaibility but still maintains a small town way of life, close to Boulder, Longmont, and Fort Collins. I moved to Colorado after the passing of my husband. I have two amazing children, and I'm engaged to John, whom is a blessing to us all. I'm involved with my family insurance business in Los Angeles and work for Costco. I enjoy the great outdoors and love Colorado.

Rented the home to meet up with some family for a weekend getaway. The house was very well maintained and we found it to be exactly as described. It was very kid friendly and the children had a great time. The proximity to the recreational center was very nice for the kids as well. For my extended family, it was their first time using VRBO and I am pretty sure they are hooked. Having such a nice place where all of us could stay together was certainly the high point of the trip and a much greater value for the money than paying for separate hotel rooms. My wife and kids will be moving to the Loveland area but I can definitely see renting the house again for visits of friends and family. Sherrie was very helpful and in addition to clear simple instructions she also had a wealth of information in the home regarding local attractions and activities. Would highly recommend this rental for anyone visiting the Loveland area.

We stayed at the Cardinal House for the 1A state basketball tournament. It was perfect for what we needed. There were several couples staying with us, and very adequate and comfortable sleeping arrangements. It was such a nice change to have a home to return to in the evening, instead of a hotel room. I would recommend this for anyone - from a single family getaway to a group wishing to stay together. The House was very clean, and nicely furnished. It had everything we needed!

We were in town for a wedding and the Cardinal House was all we had hoped for and more. Part of the family arrived before others and sent a text stating, "The house is wonderful!...All this space is perfect!" The house was just as described, clean, well equipped and in a great location. The ping pong table provided fun-filled indoor entertainment. After the snowstorm, the yard was a wonderful snowy playground for the kids. Sherrie, we appreciate your hospitality and wish you well as you provide quality lodging to Loveland visitors.

We had a wonderful week long stay at the Cardinal House. We were quite pleased with the house. It was very clean, and well represented on the site. We filled the house with lots of people and laughter. The location is nice; a quiet neighborhood close to shopping, parks, and museums. My suggestion for improvement would be to have more board games available. My husband wished we would have had cable. Maybe some VRBO members in that area could get together to work out an agreement with the local cable/satellite provider for an "intermittent" service agreement that can be turned on and off based on occupancy (or for just during the heavy rental seasons). I would highly recommend the Cardinal House to others, and would rent it again if we ever gather together in the Loveland area again. Sherrie, Thank you so much for a great time and comfortable stay. We spent a wonderful week in Loveland at this charming Cardinal home! It had everything we needed plus some! A quaint front porch to have coffee in the morning, you can have a picnic in the back yard in the evening. Neighbors were delightful. A real hometown feeling, close to anything we needed or wanted to do! Thank-you Sherrie for your wonderful hospitality!!
