  We want to thank you for a wonderful time in Hawaii and at your condo. The condo is very well kept and the owner is a pleasant as can be. The lanai is stunning. There was a lot of work done at this property and we were lucky enough to get there after the lanai was completed. It is such an added bonus to be able to go out there and see that view of Diamond Head Crater. We will be coming back yearly. Thank you so much.

  I don't know where to begin. This unit needs some TLC. The bathroom especially needs some improvements as lights didn't work, there is mold, and it smelled like sewage by the end of our trip. The unit is very drab and dated. Kitchen isn't well equipped if you plan to do any cooking. Since it is such small quarters(especially if you are going to try to sleep 6 -7, we only had 4), it would be nice if the front door didn't squeak and the twin bed didn't squeak and the sliding glass door in other bedroom locked. There is no privacy as the door to one of the bedrooms isn't a door at all, but very long individual doors with space so they don't block any noise. The lanai really isn't what we expected. The picture makes it look like it is really lovely out there. There is paint all over the deck and it is also worn out. The owner was very pleasant. I would not recommend this property. We moved to a hotel the last night and it improved things immensely!

  Owner response: I don't know where to begin as we have never had an unhappy guest. I could try to defend everything you have written but wont, because the bottom line is that you felt unhappy. I supposed we cannot make everybody happy, which saddens me, as we want so badly for our guests to have the experience of a lifetime, which is why we take such pride in our condo and keep it updated, while maintaining a low price. The lanai floor does need painted and it will be completed by July, but the lanai is still stunning, especially with the panoramic view of DiamondHead crater. It is disheartening to think you felt a negative though while in the most beautiful place in the world. I hope you at least were able to enjoy Hawaii and bring home with you the peace and happiness that it instills in most. We cannot apologize enough for your disappointment and will do everything we can not to disappoint our next guest.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo! My husband and I with our 3 daughters had plenty of room and spent alot of mornings with our coffee on the Lanai! The 2 block walk to the beach was short and alot of shopping and eateries along the beach to take in @ night. The response time from anyone you need to speak with regarding questions about your stay was quick. I would recommend this condo for any family that wants to stay close to the beach!

  This was the perfect size and you feel right at home. The lanai is outstanding with the complete view of Diamond Head. Very convienent to walk to the beach and up and down the neighborhood. Ideal there is a parking spot, that really saves a lot of money in the long run. We had a great time and would come back to this condo for sure, the picture really are right on and plenty of everything for you to use. I recommend this property for families.

  We stayed here with 2 kids and 2 adults. There was everything we needed. beach toys, chairs, coffee maker. You name they had it! Patricia is a wonderful woman who will go out of her way to help you with tourist info and answer all your questions. I am looking forward to coming back to this place.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  We had a wonderful time in Waikiki, and found your condo to be an excellent value and a very pleasant place to stay. The thing that stands out the most in my mind is the lanai. What a bonus space! I spent the days out there when we weren't out at an activity, and the girls enjoyed it at night. Your condo is comfortable on the inside, clean and well maintained.
