  We has such a great experience renting the studio! It is about the size of a regular hotel room but has all you need including a fridge, coffee pot, dishes, silverware, bottle opener, anything you could need! It made relaxing and enjoying the are so easy! The renters were around the property and were friendly and hospitable. We hope to return sometime in the future and have shared this property with our family!

  My husband and I stayed here for a week in March, having spent a couple of days here a few years ago. I'd highly recommend the apartment. It has everything you need and is beautifully decorated. The owners are very friendly and helpful and the listing description on the website is accurate. It's a very tranquil area and the apartment has a lovely outlook onto the lake. The location is very convenient, with shops, good restaurants and a cinema nearby. We didn't play any golf this time but there are three courses virtually on the doorstep. There are also many walks in the area and it's an easy cycle/walk to the local village of Baytowne Wharf. The beach is a short drive but is also reachable by bike. This apartment does not disappoint and I would have no hesitation in recommending it.

  this intimate studio has all you could ask for in a restorative setting - romantic for a couple or serene for a single. your host/hostess are warm and welcoming from the very first phone contact. situated in a residential neighborhood of a beach and golf resort, there is easy access to beautiful sugar sand beaches, several pools, walking/biking paths, shopping and many restaurants. set at the edge of a lake, the residence is well maintained and the landscaping delightful. your private deck overlooks the lake and beautiful sunsets! we enjoyed perfect fall weather - 80's during the day, cooling to the low 60's in the evening...water temps delightful, too! the rental listing certainly gives an accurate reflection of the property and we would definately recommend this site to others.

  This is perfect getaway studio which looks just like in the pics. Very clean with all the required amenities. The bikes were a big advantage - we used them a lot inside the sandestin resort. We really didn't get a chance to use the kayaks. But, I bet would be a lot of fun to ride them on the crystal lake. Since this was our first visit to Destin, we didn't know a whole lot about the places around. The owners - Tricia and Matt were very amicable and provided very helpful suggestions about the places to see and eat. We definitely will book the same property for our net visit to Destin.   We were in the Destin area for a wedding when we stayed at the Studio. We had long, busy days and it was so nice to come home to nice cozy place with great amenities! We didn't have a chance to use the bikes or kayaks but would have loved to! So much to do and so little time! In addition to the beaches and restaurants, we loved bumming around Baytowne Wharf one afternoon! My suggestion for visitors would be to know which gates are open 24 hours! After a busy day, we returned to find the gate we had been using locked but a very helpful security officer directed us to the correct gate! We hope to be back to the area again someday and would love to stay at the Studio again! Nate proposed on our trip so we just have to return!! Thanks so much for helping to make our trip a great one!

  If you look up spic and span in Webster's you will find a picture of this cozy studio. Very clean and all you need for a quick trip to Sandestin. My son and his wife just had our first grandchild and they live in Sandestin. This property was perfect for us as we were just around the corner from them and really only needed a place to sleep and shower. We will definitely consider this unit again for our next trip. The bikes were great and the kayaks looked like fun but we will have to try them next trip. Very clean and the owners could not be nicer. I would definitely recommend this property. Again....it is very cozy but serves it's purpose well!!

  Steve and I totally enjoyed our week long stay at The Studio. Everything was just as described and more. Great location, quiet neighborhood, beautiful lake with lots of wildlife to view, easy bicycle ride to Baytowne Wharf, Grand Blvd. and the Gulf for great restaurants, entertainment and shopping, and lots of scenic walking miles. Owners were very helpful and gracious. A MUST DO!! Thanks for a great get-away!!!!
