  A great property. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect for just relaxing. Plus, we like to cook in the evening, and the kitchen and dinning room, open to the living room, was very good for cooking and eating. The two master bedrooms were spacious. I loved the private backyard, with the indoor heated pool and spacious area to just lounge around, have a drink, take a nap, read a book. TV, DVD and video games, too! :-) Five adults vacationed here and found it quite nice. It is just a stones throw away from the beach, and by car there are sooooo many restaurants nearby. I would recommend this place to my family and friends!

  Owner response: This is pretty typical of the response that we get from the surveys that are returned by every guest when they send back their emergency key. Sometimes they report problems to us that we are unaware of, and we view that as a positive because we know where to improve. One guest compained that the mattresses were hard. We really had no idea because we only sleep in one bedroom when we visit. But sure enough, he was right and we replaced all the mattresses and box springs (5) except for the comfy one which we had always used. We respond promptly to all problems and have trusted vendors to take care of them. We take it personally if a guest is unhappy, because this is our home, not a motel room.

  We are just finishing a two week stay and hate to leave. We have rented this home many times before and keep coming back. This home is comfortable, clean, and welcoming. It is just steps from a beautiful beach. You can make your coffee and it will still be hot when you get to the beach. The surrounding area is pleasant and shops and restaurants are close at hand, Coming to this house is like coming home. They have just made some great updates that make it even more appealing. We will definitely keep coming back. Thank you for giving us such a great opportunity and thank you for openning your beautiful home to us.

  This property was extremely comfortable. Location is fabulous; about 20 yards to the beach!! Lots of chairs both inside and out. Lovely pool area and so much shade in front and back yards. You want to be outside!! Nothing is fancy in the home but you feel at home while there. Coligny is an easy walk or bike ride. The two master suites are great; would recommend ceiling fans for the two "twin bed" bedrooms. Would recommend this property and stay there again.

  So close to the beach and such a big house for 6 adults and 3 children. Bunk beds were a bid hit!! Pool was so refreshing after a day at the beach. Close to restaurants and shopping. House layout was perfect. We didn't bother children by talking late at night and they were never under foot. Nook by laundry was perfect for legos!! Your house had everything anyone could need or want...lots of space, rooms and baths for all, close to the beach, perfect pool for after-sun, screened porch for bug-free eating outside, close to stores for anything you need, lots of activities and restaurants close by. AND, we would absolutely recommend your house to all our friends - already have to several! Went to Barnacle Bills fish market for fresh caught shrimp, clams,and crab. Also got a 10 lb. fresh whole red snapper that we stuffed and grilled - very, very good!

  We were snowbirds in this home for two months during Feb and March 2011. We loved being able to move in and immediately feel at home. We had stayed at the home for a week during a prior visit and knew what we were going to find when we got here. With only a few steps to the beach and wonderful bike paths nearby, we had many options for fun things to do right out our door. The amenities are accurately reflected in the listing and the owners were very responsive to our needs. We will certainly consider renting this home again when we come back to the island..

  Owner response: We were delighted to have these wonderful Minnesotans as guests in our home once again. At this point we have over 60% of our guests returning regularly and they feel like family to us. Although our home is "comfy", we have all the good stuff like wireless internet, a 50 inch HDTV, Blu-Ray player and many other amenities. We regularly update furnishings to keep our home feeling fresh and new.

  We had a great vacation. Loved the pool and beach. We love to cook most of the time we are there and my husband is the grill man, so he missed having a gas grill (used the charcoal grill). Loved the rental price, size and proximity to the beach. Will return next year and recommend to our friends.

  The house was so comfortable and perfect for us. The kids loved the pool and thought the lights at night were so fun! We will definitely be back next year!

  Wow! Very close to the beach. Out the door, turn left walk 72 paces (I counted) and there's the Atlantic. Nice beach too, not crowded at all! The house slept all of our guests (4) and children (3). HUGE TV was a big hit. Big dining room and table. The galley kitchen worked well for us. Of course we LOVED the pool. The kids were in it almost the entire time. Great for the adults too after the kiddies go to bed. We will certainly be back in this house again. Thanks.

  There are six of us. We are all priests. We come back to this home each year in the fall. We love the home and the proximity to the beach. We take a week to rest and relax. It is a great home to lounge around, read books (usually by the backyard pool or on the beach), have discussions, take naps, walks (or jogs) and bike rides on the beach, listen to music, or do some work on our laptops (they have wi-fi in the house). We all love to cook, too. So several evenings we stay in and cook. The house has a nice kitchen and eating area. We will spend an entire evening, cooking several courses, while sitting around and talking and a taking in a beverage (or two). :-) The house in located in an area close to some great restaurants - especially Skillets (where we go for breakfast every morning!). There is also shopping in the area (although we are not much for shopping). Grocery stores are nearby, too. Just about anything you need is near. The house is always clean when we arrive, smells nice, beds are comfortable, TV and cable works, as does the DVD player. All six of us would highly recommend this place! Some of know the owners, too. They are a good Christian couple.
