About the owner: Owners Marc and Pam Jance grew up in Beaverton, Michigan where they married thirty years ago. They’ve spent their lives working to raise three sons and one daughter, who are now all adults who live and work in Michigan. Marc was born with a hammer in his hand and owned a successful construction company in Beaverton for 20 years. Pam has spent her life taking care of others as a nurse. The couple spent 4 years managing a hotel on the Main Island (Rarotonga) in the south pacific Island chain of the Cook Islands before they found the property that was to become Three Bear Holler. Together they have built the most authentic, serene getaway in the Blue Ridge and the cabins are ready for you.
Why the Owner Chose Waynesville:
We had travelled to the mountains for several years and fell in love with the area and the people. We ride motorcycles and enjoyed the many beautiful rides and long riding season. We decided we wanted to live here full-time and enjoy all this region has to offer. The mild winters and distinct seasons certainly make for a perfect place to live.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
Recharge your batteries while enjoying the peace, quiet and seclusion three bear holler offers. Small pond on the property, read a book under the grape arbour, firepit and picnic area for a cookout, enjoy a coffee on your own private porch- spectacular mountain views no extra charge. Our cabins are restored with old world craftsmanship, so if you appreciate the care and time it takes to do it right; have a look around you. Homey, relaxing, comfortable- three bear holler is all that and much more. All the modern convienences compliment our old timey cabins.
