Nestled behind palm trees, and located several yards behind my full time residence in Holiday, Florida are two renovated, tastefully decorated and fully furnished, charming, quiet and private, one bedroom, one bathroom apartments just waiting for you to enjoy the fun and sun that is Florida.
Two new twin beds occupy each bedroom that also includes a fully stocked linen closet; a full clothes closet with plenty of storage for luggage, hanging clothes, and storing shoes; and a four drawer dresser for other personal items. Just off each bedroom is a bathroom that includes a delightful walk-in shower.
If you love to cook, you'll love the fully stocked kitchen - everything from Cooks Essentials cookware to dinnerware, drinking glasses and of course cooking gadgets of all kinds. Just bring your own food to make a full course gourmet meal, or simply brew a cup of coffee to enjoy at the dining table or outdoors on one of two outdoor patios.
Enjoy a relaxing evening at home while watching your favorite cable television shows on the HD TV - or watch a movie on the DVD - all from the comfort of the living area.
Watch the sunrise and feel the morning breeze gently sway the palm trees from the covered front patio. Clean, Quiet & Comfortable
I had the pleasure of staying at Twin Palms and it offered more than I expected! There were no hidden charges, it was amazingly quiet, and very comfortable. When I learned it was furnished, I didn't expect top of the line furnishings! The kitchen has more gadgets than I knew what to do with! The flat screen TV is amazing, the furniture was just like being home. It was hard to leave and get back to reality. Sitting on the front porch, watching the birds while drinking a coffee (from the supplied coffee maker!) is very peaceful. Everything is close by as well. The Sponge Docks are just a few minutes away - I recommend Hella's Restaurant and Bakery!! There is a farmer's market every weekend,too. Ann, the hostess, is amazing. Thanks, for an amazing stay.

This place is SWEET!
I had the pleasure of staying at this property and what a pleasant surprise, completely exceeded my expectations and I travel alot. It was quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Everything from the floor tiles to the supplied cookware was top notch, new and clean. This location is perfect for a Floriday getaway. Its tucked away but so close to everything that you want to do in the Tampa/St Pete area, its minutes from the Tarpon Springs area. Ann was such a helpful and fabulous hostess. I would highly recommend this property.

THIS UNIT WAS BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS , MY WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THE CLEARWATER AREA FOR UPWARDS OF SIX MONTHS FOR THE LAST 6 YEARS AND IN 2011 FELT IT WAS TIME TO GIVE UP OUR MOBILE AND HAD SERIOUS TREPIDATIONS ABOUT RENTING , HOWEVER THIS UNIT IS EVERYTHING THAT IS LISTED IN THE PROPERTY LISTING AND THEN SOME , YOU ARE WITHIN 3 MILES OF THE PINELLAS TRAIL , 5 MILES FROM HOWARD PARK , WITHIN 1 MILE OF ONE OF THE TOP 400 RESTAURANTS ( 40000 + ) IN FLORIDA , PRICE INCLUDED ALL AMENITIES WITH NO SURPRISES ( OR UNEXPECTED CHARGES ) ON ARRIVAL, EVEN THOUGH WE MANAGED TO UNINTENTIONALLY ORDER 2 X RATED MOVIES , THE LANDLADY WAS GRACIOUS ENOUGH TO CALL THE CABLE COMPANY AND EXPLAIN TO THEM AND HAVE THE CHARGES REVERSED ( THANKS ANN ) TO THINK THIS LOCATION IS ALMOST AT THE INTERSECTION OF US 19 AND ALTERNATE 19 ,THERE WOULD BE A LOT OF TRAFFIC NOISE ,NOT SO , GO OUT AT 7:30 IN THE MORNING AND YOU MAY HERE UPWARDS OF 300/400 ROBINS GATHERING FOR THEIR MIGRATION HOME , CARDINALS, HAWKS, BLUE JAYS, DOVES NESTING IN THE TREES , I,WE WILL RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE WHO IS WILLING TO LISTEN ,,,,,,,,,,,, ONCE AGAIN THANKS TO THE PROPERTY OWNER , already miss my newspaper leaning up against the car tire on my way to morning coffee

About the owner: Hi ! My name is Ann Ullery and I am the owner of Twin Palms Seasonal Rentals located in Holiday, Florida. My home is located on a 1/4 acre parcel of land with a duplex apartment unit behind my full time residence. I will be your on-site Homeowner during your vacationing visit with us. My passion for photography and travel has led me far and near, but I always come home to Holiday, Florida. Why ? Because we have some of the best beaches, walking/hiking trails, bike trails, fishing, golfing, theme parks, and of course world class restaurants - right here in our own community !! Why the Owner Chose Holiday:
My family has owned this property since 1969. The duplex apartment, originally built by my grandparents in 1970, was designed for family and friends to inhabit while visiting. We later decided to rent both apartments out during the winter months to our northern friends needing to escape the harsh winters. We welcome retirees 55 and older who need a break from shoveling snow !! We are centrally located to all things FUN!! Busch Gardens, Disney World, camping, fishing, boating, water skiing, biking and everything in between. Come on down and enjoy the fun !!

Having lived on this property off and on for the past 40 years, I have seen tremendous growth and change - all for the better. With the recent installation of sidewalks close to the Pinellas County Trail system, we can walk or bike to shopping, restaurants, or the beach. Public transportation is also available within walking distance. We also have the luxury of enjoying beautiful weather year round, making this the vacation 'hot spot' !
