  Lovely apartment in a fantastic location (Wholefoods next door). Gilbert and Ken are lovely and always at hand to help if needed. I thoroughly enjoyed my 5 day stay and Ken was there pretty much every day on site cleaning every part whether it was the lawn, the driveway or the other properties. Would definitely recommend not only for the great apartment in a prime location but for the wonderful owners who are so welcoming. A big thank you to Gilbert and Ken. Sara S. London

  This is our SECOND stay at this property. I am not quite sure anyone would want to stay in a hotel when you get all that this property offers AND it is cheaper that comparable hotels. What's great about this unit? It is in a very quiet location even though it is very close to everything you would want to do in the area. It has everything you could need including a handy washer and dryer. If you are staying local, you can walk to everything or take a short cab ride (no rental car necessary). If you do need to drive, there is ample secure parking. And finally, the owners are the nicest guys and are always available. We look forward to stay at this property again!

  A group of us stayed here for a week during our summer vacation and it was fantastic! Gilbert and Ken were very accommodating, and extremely friendly (not only did they offer us wine upon arrival, but they thought to provide us girls with nail polish remover!). Our home away from home was better than we expected - comfortable, clean, relaxing, perfect location and safe. The lovely garden downstairs was a nice relaxing hideaway too. All amenities were close by and the convenience was jut what we needed. We would definitely love to stay here again next time we are back in LA. Thank you Ken and Gilbert for being gret hosts.

  5 stars is an understatement! 5 diamond is more like it.. Contacting the owners were easy, so was booking, payment and reimbursement. Upon arrival I thought the apartment was on the ground level but it's actually above a garage. This place looks way better in person than in pictures! The owners are kind and friendly, presented us with a wine and bright smile upon arrival. The place was clean, plenty towels and linen, all appliances, wifi in the whole apartment, cable available and more. The neighborhood is beautiful and everything is walking distance including many restaurants and supermarket. Reimbursement of the deposit took only 2 days.. I will definitely stay here next time I visit that marvelous city.

  Our family (2 young children) spent two weeks living in this apartment. We felt extremely comfortable and by the end of our stay didn't want to leave. Having a young family, it really topped it off having a large wholefoods supermarket only minutes walk away. There is a SBUX nearby, too. That said, there is a coffee machine and numerous other utensils provided in the kitchen to make cooking feel easier than at home. The property is close to Santa Monica Blvd so we found driving to places like Santa Monica and Disneyland pretty smooth even without a knowledge of local roads. Needless to say, Hollywood and Beverly Hills are also very short drives away so it made a convenient base for us. The hosts were extremely friendly. We often stay in apartments like this for our holidays and have never encountered such generous and committed hosts as Ken and Gil. They were helpful, approachable and generous. We went out for lunch the day after returning home and my son asked when he could meet them again! We would definitely stay here again next time we come to LA.

  I stayed here for 6 nights in June with my teenage niece and nephew. The place is even more lovely than the photos if that is even possible! It was like staying at my favorite, hip and modern boutique hotel, but with a complete kitchen, separate bedrooms and a laundry room! The location was exceptional: Route 66, the Hollywood Sign, Hollywood Boulevard, Beverly Hills, and even Universal were all 5 or 10 minutes drives away. And best of all, it was a short walk to Whole Foods. It was very quiet when we stayed because the place a neatly tucked away. And the hammock swing in the yrad was the perfect place for a nap! And did I say lovely and "white glove test" clean!! Amazing. Just stay here! There is a also a balcony patio and a yard patio for entertaining or eating outside. So wonderfully relaxing and decorated and designed with skill and care. I will be back!

  Truely a home away from home. This was our first time in LA and we are glad we chose to rent this modern, sleek, loungy home that made our trip much more relaxing, comfortable and headache-less! This was also our first time renting a home rather than a hotel room, and for all you first-timers out there, i would absolutely recommend renting a home over a hotel - you have the freedom and a lot more room and this is exactly what this place offered us. The location of this home is convienent, for us it was central to everywhere we travelled in LA and walking distance from shopping and restuarants. The bedrooms are spacious with excellent closet space! The living room very loungy and comfortable, the kitchen very sleek and clean and not to mention everything you may need to cook up a meal! and of course the balcony at the front a nice place to relax and to get fresh and enjoy the sun! We had also rented a vehicle, this location has gated parking inside, we felt very secure and safe and didnt have to worry about any damage that may have been caused to the vehicle if it were parked on the side of the road. Another advantage to this home is the avaliabilty of a washer and dryer to do your laundry! Lastly the lemon tree has the best lemons, so take advantage of the lemons for some fresh lemonade! Overall this home is well maintained and clean, very up-to-date. and the best for last! The hosts were absolutely amazing! From the beginning to the end of our vacation they were always a phone call away with any concerns or questions we had. They welcomed us to our temporary home with a bottle of wine! we seriously couldnt have asked for better hosts. We were looking into other homes to rent prior to this one but what made this one different from others (besides everything mentioned above) was the hosts who for us travelling from Canada took the time and cared about our stay. They are super friendly! We would definatly recommend this home to anyone travellin to LA. Thanks Ken and Gilbert for making our trip memorable :)

  This place is a perfect rental in WeHo, it is spacious, clean, and has all the amenities any hotel can provide. A fully equipped kitchen to cook all your meals, plenty of space to lounge around, etc. Also the location is perfect, literally in the middle of all the action WeHo has to offer. Just take a walk down Santa Monica Blvd which is loaded with places to eat, drink and be merry. The owners of the place Gilbert and Ken go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, the gave us a bottle of wine, champagne and a few other goodies. Also made sure the grill outside was ready for us to use to BBQ. I give this place 2 thumbs up and recommend this to anyone wanting a place to stay in Hollywood!

  The apartments is in perfect condition. The pictures don't do it justice. Apartment owners are attentive, helpful and very nice. They helped me with anything I needed and were available any time I needed them (including my arrival at 3am with my wife and 18mo old baby). The location is great for anywhere you want to go. The neighborhood is safe and kid friendly and it is right next to a whole foods and very close to other grocery stores. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance and great shopping within a 15-20 drive.

  This was my first in LA and the key to settling in was to have a base where I would feel safe, secure, comfortable, like being in my own place in London. This apartment did not disappoint. I was in town with my friend who was starring in and attending the premiere of the new Conan movie, he was staying with me at the pad and he was thoroughly impressed. The kitchen is beautiful and the amenities are varied and high quality, the living room is comfortable and very easy to lounge and you could be on the leather sofa all day watching tv such is the relaxing nature. The bedrooms are big and have closet space, the bathroom is great and the larger of the two shower heads makes you want to stay there for longer than you had intended! The Air conditioning saved us from the hot weather outside, it was fast acting and very efficient, you only needed it on for a couple of minutes and then switch it off before you became frozen, it lasted for ages! Parking was easy as they have off-road parking and we had 2 cars so it was ideal. There is a gate at the front which provides safety and security at all times of the day. The location is great for getting anywhere in Hollywood. We were only one block from Sunset Blvd, Hollywood Boulevard is a 5 minute drive, the Beverley Centre Mall is also a 5 minute drive. Whole Foods (which I practically lived in) was next door and handy for any last minte foods or items that were needed during the day. Everything that you would want was on hand and close by Ken and Gilbert were fantastic hosts, they were always a phone call away from any help needed with appliances that I was not sure how to use or to replace anything - in my case an iron - which they did the next day with a brand new model! They were very patient and courteous and nothing was too much trouble. My only regret was not using the hammock or outside garden area during my stay..oh and the barbecue. Definetely will next time though! Thanks Ken and Gilbert for a wonderful time

  My husband and I recently stayed in this two bedroom apartment with our teenage daughters over Christmas. It is a great West Hollywood location. Within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The owners were great! We would stay in one of their larger units next time.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
