We have just recently completed remodeling this 2 Bedroom - 2 Bath first floor villa in Beachwalk. This unit has never been rented and is only a short walk from one of the nicest beaches on the East Coast. The unit comes equipped with free unlimited high speed internet access and features a brand NEW kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The dining room seats 6 comfortably and opens onto the refurbished deck area with new patio furniture and new propane gas grill. The living room has a new 42' LCD TV with Blu-ray player that provides free Netflix and Pandora internet radio and is a great place to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. The Master bedroom with all new furnishings features a King Bed, walk-in closet and a new wall mounted 32' TV. The Master bath has been redone with a brand new tiled walk-in shower. The guest room, also has new furnishings, and features a twin and queen bed that will sleep 3 comfortably as well as a 32' flat screen TV.
The Beach
The major attraction on Hilton Head Island is the BEACH. 12 miles of hard-packed sand on an extremely wide beach (especially at Low Tide) make it one of the most desirable places to vacation. Take long walks, ride your rental bike or just hang out. A perfect place for everyone to Enjoy. And the best part is that it is only a short stroll down a shady path from our villa. There are restrooms available, as well as easy rentals of beach items if you desire. We also offer a 20% Discount for bikes and ANY vacation items through LowSea Rentals to anyone staying with us.
The Bike Paths
If you enjoy biking..on a level and shaded bike path...then Hilton Head is Paradise. You can ride just about anywhere on a safe and fun path on this beautifully designed island. The first thing I would advise anyone vacationing in Hilton Head to do is to rent a bike....it is so relaxing and enjoyable you will not regret it.

Hilton Head Island is a culinary delight. With more than 225 restaurants all of different styles and tastes populate this small piece of paradise. From small sandwich shops to seafood delights it is all here.!

Why the Owner Chose Beach WalkOur family fell in love with Hilton Head the first time we visited. There is some much to see and do on Hilton Head and in the surrounding areas. It truly feels like a home away from home. It is a unique place where you can be a "million miles away" from everything in the afternoon and then dining in a 1st quality restaurant in the evening. It truly is the best of both worlds. Shipyard Plantation and Beachwalk is the perfect spot to get away. So close to the beautiful ocean and the expansive beach and if you like riding bikes (which we do !) you are in heaven. A place for couples, families and extended families...We sincerely hope the Island never changes its character !

Myself, my wife Liz and our 2 daughters live in Buffalo, NY. We first came to Hilton Head when our first daughter was just a baby in the late 90's and immediately knew that this was a special place. We consider ourselves very fortunate to call this our "part time home".

We had a great time during our stay at your beautiful condo in Beachwalk May 5th to May 13th. The condo was very well equipped, very tastefully furnished with high end appliances. Hilton Head’s weather didn’t disappoint either. It was sunny and mid to upper 80s all week. We enjoyed the deck and made use of the grill a couple evenings. The close proximity to the beach is definitely a plus. We had our youngest daughter and her husband with us. Our son-in-law loves to fish and it was easy for him to walk down to the beach in the evening. We did a fishing charter, Top Shot with Captain Jay Prescott, from Palmetto Bay Marina. We recommend and would do it again. We had a great time. Thanks

We needed a place to stay for a week with our two young sons (ages two and four). The location was great, close to the beach and pool, as well as more entertainment for kids, like mini golf and Shelter Cove. We didn't use the cable tv or internet much, but it was nice to have as an option while the kids were napping. We would probably look to stay here again if/when we come back.

We spent a week in this villa, it was very nice and close to the beach as well. This home was perfect for the 5 of us, more than that would be a squeeze. I looked at many Shipyard properties before I chose this one, thank you Mark and Liz we enjoyed our stay very much. The Durand Family

We had the pleasure of staying at 161 Beachwalk during the Heritage Golf Tournament and loved the unit. It was very well decorated and included all the necessary kitchen and living items to make our stay enjoyable. All items have been recently up-dated and we found the location and large deck to be very relaxing. The assistance and co-operation we received from the owners was excellent and timely. Highly recommend the unit.

Our family enjoyed a nice stay at this property. Everything was as advertised: very updated and clean with high end appliances and TV's. Very roomy for four people! Location was great for bike-riding and within a few minute's walk to the beach. Owners were very helpful and responsive.

My husband, son and I rented this lovely, recently remodeled Beachwalk villa over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was clean and well-maintained and had beautiful furnishings and all high-quality appliances. The villa was conveniently located to the pool and bike path which ran a short distance to the beach and Shipyard Beach Club. The owner was extremely helpful in answering any questions or concerns and did so in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this property. I would also recommend that you rent or bring bicycles and try some of the excellent restaurants on Hilton Head Island such as Truffles Cafe, Bonefish, Roastfish and Cornbread and Plantation Cafe to name a few.
