  We liked this home and location so well we came back a second time and are renting again for a third time. The layout of this well maintained house serves our family well. Two areas to sit outside, one in the sun and one in the shade is an asset. The location to theme parks and water parks and shopping is wonderful. Peter (the owner) is a caring individual and strives to make your vacation as pleasant as possible.

  C'est une très belle maison. Nous étions 14 en tout et l'espace est très bien défini. Très belle decoration de toutes les chambres. Excellente propreté. En conclusion, très belle expérience. À refaire.

  I've been renting homes from St Pete beach to Orlando for years on our annual golf vacation. This home was simply the best. The owner did all that was asked of him. Great heated pool, quiet neighborhood , clean & spacious . We will rent again for sure!

  Just returned from a great 9 day golf trip. Kevin's home was all we could have hoped for. It has all the amenities described on the site and a lot more.Everyone in our group of seven was extremely pleased. Kevin was very professional and easy to deal with.

  We were tenants from 07/29/12 - 08/03/12 that consisted of 5 adults and 7 children (aged 12, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, and 1). This vacation home's size, decor and amenities were PERFECT for us!! Location...Location...Locatioin (of the home) is only minutes away from major theme parks, fast food restaurants and WalMart. In addition to Disney's Magic Kingdom and LEGOLAND, we had planned to visit Sea World but chose against that just so we can spend more time relaxing in the home. That in itself speaks volumes for this property!! From a business standpoint, Kevin was professional and very timely with answering our questions prior to booking. All and all, we had an EXCELLENT stay and will stay here again on our next visit to the area. Thank you Kevin; we had a GREAT Summer Vacation!!!

  My wife, her sister, her husband and their 3 kids(10-13) spent two weeks at Kevin's rental. The place was just as described. The house was well appointed and there was lots of room for everyone. The pool was beautiful and the hot tub was great after a day at Disney. The management company was very responsive. They scheduled a pool cleaning after the 1st week and quickly resolved an issue with the hotub(I suspect we overused it. lol) while we were at SeaWorld, so there was no downtime. We spread out, but a larger group could easily be accommodated. You are close to Disney and the parking easily accommodate our two vehicles. There is a Publix and a Wal-Mart very close, as well as lots of fast food and other restaurants. You will not be stuck for choice. We would recommend this to other friends and family. This is not our 1st VRBO rental and we had no complaints.

  I have owned vacation rentals myself so I had pretty high expectations, and Kevin's house was so nice. This is a very clean house with a nice Florida look. The house was just perfect for my family, Everyone was able to spread out and enjoy thier own space and there was plenty of room when it was time to get together. My deposit was returned very quickly. Kevin and the managment team was very attentive to our needs. I would recomend this home to everyone. Thank you Kevin.

  We came to Haines City for the 2012 Ironman 70.3 triathlon and were looking for a home convenient to the location of the race that would also accommodate our large group of racers. This house definitely fit the bill. This house is very nice; the description and the pictures are very accurate. The house is large, well-maintained and very clean. The owner, Kevin, was extremely helpful and very responsive to my inquires. He was also quite flexible when trying to accommodate our schedule for the race and was very quick to return our deposit following our check-out (without me having to ask or follow-up). If we return for next year's Ironman, we will definitely stay here again. My only suggestion is to stock the kitchen with a few larger pots and pans to help cook for large groups.

  We've stayed in this house with six persons for almost three weeks. Upon arrival it felt like we came into a five star hotel room. Everything was so clean and everything we needed was there. We like to cook so we used the kitchen quite regular. Everything worked very well. The bedroom are more than enough. My kids both had their own bed- and bathroom and we still had 2 spare rooms. To name one disadvantage, the stuff in the games room looked a little cheap, we didn't use it. Weather was to nice to stay inside. We used the pool a lot, the separate Jacuzzi could have been a little hotter. I really like the decoration. More stylish than found in most rental houses. My wife did some running nearby the villa and around the lake, even spotted an alligator! The community is quiet and clean. We found the distance to the parks not a problem. Disney is 25 minutes, Universal 35 and Legoland only 20 minutes drive. Everything you need is quite close with a large Wallmart nearby and some very good restaurants. You should really try Manny's Chop House. On a next trip, when available, we will definitely book this vacation home again!

  My family had a wonderful time - the house is BEAUTIFUL - it was clean and suited ALL OUR NEEDS - the pool was FANTASTIC the game room was WONDERFUL and we can't wait to go back :)
