    A few weeks before our stay, our rental sustained some damage and the renter had to move us to another unit. Jason went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of and that we were comfortable. The units were clean and stocked with supplies. Jason was a great host; I would definitely stay here again and wouldn't think twice about renting another unit from Jason. We had a great stay in NY. Banks Jason!

    This was our first time visiting NYC. We initially looked for hotels and found that prices were too high for the quality of rooms. We then looked at renting a home, but not ever doing this before was scary. However the other reviews were accurate. The home is just like the pictures show. The home has plenty of room for 2 or 3 families. We were 2 families for a total of 7 including kids. There were plenty of beds to sleep on. The place was clean and having a kitchen to cook breakfast was wonderful. The two baths also made it nice for our 2 families, one was downstairs and the other was upstairs. Again, well stocked with the towels, paper, etc. Jason, the property manager was very professional and courteous. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable, including driving us around the neighborhood and showing us the different places to eat and grocery shop. We were able to find parking on the street and the subway to Manhattan was a short walk away (3 or 4 blocks). The neighborhood felt safe, we walked from the subway to the house at night with no problems. Jason answered all our questions prior to arriving by email promptly. I would definitely recommend staying at this house. We plan to when we go back to NYC.

    We were a group of 7 young people. This was an excellent choice for us. The apartment duplex was accurate as far as pictures put up on the listing. It was clean and well kept. The kitchen was ready with all the basic needs, as well as the bathrooms etc. The duplex had multiple television sets, and a computer, with Wi-Fi in the house. All the A/C's were working. The host was extremely understandable and helpful whenever needed. The apartment could easily sleep 9 people. It was extremely well connected to all the subway lines ( 4 blocks away). It took us approximately 25-30 minutes to reach Manhattan. All of us were extremely pleased at the arrangements.

    Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    This Queens Duplex was ideal for our weekend get-away to the US Open. Jason's personal greeting even included setting the TV to ESPN, taking us on a tour of the neighborhood and offering a ride to the nearest large-scale grocery. And, the apartment was refreshingly cooled down and stayed that way throughout a hot weekend. We found local shops within walking distance for snacks, wine, coffee, bagels, pastries and breakfast. The subway was within reasonable walking distance, and the neighborhood felt safe both day and night. Interesting ethnic restaurants were nearby and the corner pub was also convenient. This apartment was clean, pleasant and comfortable, with adequate sleeping accommodations for our group of six. All in all, an ideal setting for a visit which included daily trips in opposite directions to Flushing Meadows and Manhattan.

    Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing.

    A great place to stay while visiting Manhattan and other areas of NYC. Jason was extremely helpful -- he drove me around right after I arrived to make sure that I knew where everything was (the train station, grocery store, laundromat, etc.). When I called to say that the apartment needed a few things, he called right back and got everything to us within 12 hours. He even called to make sure we didn't get a parking ticket during scheduled street cleaning. With 8 people, we needed a place with a kitchen, two bathrooms, and plenty of sleeping space -- and all at a price that was literally half of what we'd pay for two hotel rooms (and with a lot more space to move around). If I need to go back to NYC for any length of time, I'm calling Jason first.

    Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    This property was a great place for my family to stay while visiting New York. It was very clean, well maintained, and Jason, the property manager, couldn't have been more helpful, both before our arrival and during our stay. There were 10 of us in the duplex the first night, and we managed just fine. We had plenty of clean towels and bed linens for all of us. It was nice that not only was there free wi-fi, but there was a computer available for our use. The subway entrance is about 5 or 6 blocks away, which was an easy walk for most of us, but we had a couple people in our group that the distance was a little long for them because of health reasons. The subway ride into Manhattan takes about 40 min, which isn't a problem as long as you plan for that. There are markets and restaurants near by. Jason was very helpful in pointing out the best ones. This price for New York accommodations can't be beat, and I would stay here again.

    Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

    If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, conveniently located vacation home with walking distance of mass transit, shopping, and resturants then this is the place for you. if you are planning on a trip to Citifield to see the Mets you can get there in less than 30 minutes from the house. We spent quite a few days at the beach club, also 30 minutes away ( ok the traffic on the Van Wyck is always hit or miss but it is technically 30 minutes from the house). We could not have been happier with our accomodations! Jason, made us his first priority, for example; I let him know the fridge wasn't working very well, the next morning he delivered a NEW fridge. I was concerned about parking, Jason assured me that was not going to be an issue, he was right. No problem with parking in the neighborhood. My son in law was a big fan of late night eating, the Georgia Diner served him well, its open 24/7 and within walking distance as was everything else we needed or wanted. When we have our next family reunion in NYC I will be checking to make sure this house is available for our stay! Thank you again Jason.

    The condo is nice but it would be perfect if there is more sitting area in the 1st floor. The location is perfect. Subway station is close by and restaurants and any kind of stores are nearby. It's just exceptionally convenient. Jason is incredibly nice, informative, and helpful. He can and would answer all your questions. Thanks a lot again, Jason. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone or family going to NY city for vacation. You won't be disappointed.

    My 4 night stay was much too short!! What a lovely duplex, it is exactly as described. Large, clean, comfortable, and the location is convenient to the subway. Shopping and dining all within walking distance. Jason is most helpful and hospitable, thank you so much! This duplex provided a wonderful graduation gathering location for my family and friends. Looking forward to another family reunion in the same location!! I would absolutely recommend this duplex to future visitors.

    We are a family travelling from Australia - 2 adults and 4 kids. The accomodation is BRILLIANT. Location is perfect, and the apartment is clean and well set up for everyones needs and wants. The neighbourhood is a wonderful melting pot of characters, places to eat, shop, and catch trains, and other transport. We never had any moments of feeling unsafe, even coming home late at night with our kids on the subway then on foot. The best bit is Jason, our host. This man will make sure you have anything you could possibly need day or night. We got married whilst here, and thanks to Jasons help our day was even more special than it would have been. Thank you so much! We have travelled through our own country and through Europe and never experienced the hospitality shown to us like here. We didnt want to leave! We'd have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone wanting to stay and live the 'good life' Charmaine & Danny :D P.S. Jason, you rock!!!!!!!

    I am a native Newyorker and relocated to Miami several years ago. I was visiting friends and family and needed a place where they can come visit. I was a little skeptical at first but I must say this was the best stay ever! Jason was the most accommodating person. He made sure that everything was taken care of! Always asked if we needed anything and came through. I felt very much at home and was able to entertain guests whenever I wanted. The location was great, the neighborhood safe. Close to trains and queens mall. My friends couldn't believe i had gotten such a great deal! I will definately be using this from now on! Thank you Jason for making us feel as if we never left!!! 5 Starr rating I would recommend this to anyone. My only regret is it was too short!! Loved it!!

    There's going above & beyond to provide excellent customer service and give people a memorable vacation, and then there's what Jason and staying at this unit does for you - 1,000 notches above what anyone would even think to expect. Our family makes several trips to NYC b/c we have family there. Previously, we've either stayed with family or in nearby hotels. But I don't think we can ever go back to that again! It was just like having our own HOME in NYC - the condo was spacious, clean, had a fully-functional kitchen, more than enough towels and sheets, cable tv, and every amenity one could ever need while on vacation -100x better than a stay at any hotel. The fridge was even stocked with several sodas and chocolates - no minibar fees! Location was ideal. Not only was it close to family members in the area, it's also a mere hop, skip and jump from subways and buses; less than a block from a laundromat, corner store, nail and hair salons, restaurants and several other amenities; and within easy walking distance to great shopping (and I'm from suburbs so I mean it... not the hardcore power-treks most NYers do). The absolute best part was that it was just like having our own home in NYC. We could entertain guests, prepare our own meals, or just choose to have lazy days where we did nothing but stay home and not have to worry about feeling cramped, nosy hotel staff, or hearing neighbors through paper thin walls.This was also our first stay in a vacation home and, while I had several worries and reservations about how different the process can be from a traditional hotel stay, Jason was more than patient, flexible and accommodating than anyone could expect. It was an easy process and all my "nit-picky-ness" was met with nothing but patience and understanding. He was also always readily available for any questions during our stay; very informative about NYC, the neighborhood, and the house; and very respectful of our privacy and needs. I'm so sorry for the long review and if it reads a bit scattered... but I just can't rave enough about this wonderful unit and what a great time we had here. The only thing I do regret is that, in the hustle and bustle or cleaning up and finishing up our last minute packing, I forgot to leave a well-deserved tip for the cleaning crew and Jason. For this, Jason, please forgive me. I will make sure to make it up to you guys on our next sta

    My daughters, son-in-law and granchildren stayed for 5 nights 9/21-9/26. My oldest daughter and myself grew up in Queens and wanted a place close to family and friends, without having to couch-surf for the week! With 7 people things can get crowded but we did not have that issue.This was a great choice; we had lots of space and privacy in this clean, quiet, secure,modern condo, and in a very good location. It was just a quick walk to the subway and a new beautiful mall, the neighborhood was always quiet! Jason was also AMAZING. He was very helpful and always available to our needs and questions. We would definitely stay at his home next time we are in NY. Thank you for everything Jason!! Your friends from Miami..

    We stayed at this place for 3 nights and we totally loved the experience. The apartment was newly renovated, and everything in it was new and clean. 3 TVs, 4 air-conditioners, super clean bathrooms, and even a water cooler. The property owner and his assistant were very friendly and helpful and provided everything we requested (like iron, ironing board and toaster). The location of this apartment is another great feature, only half an hour trip to Manhattan with subway whose station is only 3 blocks away. All in all, my in-laws and I had a great time and totally recommend this place to families and groups of friends!

    My family and I stayed for 5 nights 9/21-9/26. I grew up in Queens and wanted a place close to family and friends, without having to couch-surf for those days! Even though we were 7 people we had lots of space and privacy in this clean, quiet, secure and modern condo. This was a great choice. The property was exactly as advertised, the pictures are accurate. The subway was a quick 10 minute walk with the M & R line directly into Manhattan. For less than a 10 minute walk in either direction there is a grocery store. Wireless internet is available. If you do not have a laptop, not to worry! There is a computer and desk available for your use right in the condo. There are air conditioners in each room. Lots of clean towels and extra blankets were available. Everything you could possibly need was there. Overall great place to come home to after a long day in the city. The owner was very helpful and friendly.Thank you for a wonderful stay Jason. We would highly recommend this accommodation and would stay again if ever in NYC.
