Large and harmonious site located just 8 km from Visconde de Mauá. Region privileged by nature, abundance in natural water with two waterfalls on the ground, 2 minutes walk from the headquarters. No neighbors, allowing greater freedom for visitors.

Close to Pedra Selada, one of the main tourist spots in the region, where unforgettable walks can be made.

House with 6 bedrooms, one en suite, bathroom, very large kitchen with wood stove (excellent in winter, warms up and gathers friends around) and living room with TV, DVD and stereo.

Natural pool with running water all the time and without chlorine, area with barbecue, sauna and a bathroom outside. Fresh milk every day straight from the corral, and horses available for rent.

Children are welcome. However, as with any open space, parental supervision is required.

We advise this property for groups of friends, large families, retreats, social gatherings, being able to listen to their music at will or even enjoy the silence of nature.

Comemoração na fazenda

Comemoramos o aniversário de meu filho na fazenda. Fomos um grupo de 17 pessoas, que ficaram bem acomodadas. O espaço é ótimo. Fazer comida no fogão a lenha foi uma experiência muito interessante. As crianças e os adultos se divertiram muito. A única critica a fazer seria com relação aos banheiros. Para 17 pessoas, 2 banheiros dentro da casa foi um pouco incômodo, pois só conseguimos água quente em um deles. Como fomos em um fim de semana frio, ficou um pouco complicado. Sugiro que os administradores possam investir melhor nesta questão. Mas vivemos momentos bem interessantes em família!

Fazenda maravilhosa, casa muito limpa, com duas cachoeiras lindas, com cavalos, bois, galinhas, com uma paisagem linda. Voltarei com certeza.

Fantástico

Nossa estadia na propriedade foi maravilhosa, nem mesmo a chuva dos primeiros dias atrapalhou. A propriedade tem todos os utensílios, conta com churrasqueira, piscina e sauna... o que encanta mais é o visual e a energia do local. Muita privacidade (soltamos uns fogos sem preocupação e sempre com som ligado) e duas cachoeiras particulares são bônus, não posso deixar de falar da cordialidade da proprietária que sempre foi muito atenciosa e prestativa quanto as informações e solicitações do grupo. Capítulo a parte é o caseiro Roberto que pessoa, sempre disponível e disposto a ajudar. Voltarei com certeza, abrimos o ano com chave de ouro!!!!

MOMENTO DE PAZ E TRANQUILIDADE

Passamos um carnaval, eu e minha família, de muita paz e tranquilidade. O que buscamos , alcançamos, a casa muito bem conservada, as opções oferecidas, como piscina, churrasqueira, cachoeira, cavalgada e um caseiro muito simpático e acima de tudo educado e prestativo. RECOMENDAMOS E COM CERTEZA RETORNAREMOS. ficamos livres de celular, whstsApp, mails, se vc buscar manter esses contatos ativos, vai ter de fazer uma visitinha ao Centro de Visconde de Mauá, ou a Maringá, mas até isso vale a pena, tudo lindo e gostoso.......

Ótima casa, espaçosa e aconchegante.

Fomos em um grupo de 14 amigos, 01 criança e 01 bebê e tivemos ótimos momentos nessa casa. A estrutura da casa é ótima, nos atendeu em tudo que precisamos, muito espaçosa e aconchegante. Ideal para quem busca um lugar para relaxar e ter dias de paz. As cachoeiras do quintal são de fácil acesso e ótimas para banho. Sentimos falta de um telefone residencial para contato em situações de emergência, pois não pega celular e isso dificultou o contato com o grupo. Adoramos a estadia e voltaremos mais vezes com certeza!
