  This house turned out to be a great experience for everyone who was with us big enough for our joint activities while having rooms for quieter activities like reading, napping, etc. A totally relaxing get away! Having the pool and hot tub available 24/7 was perfect! The youngest of our group - a two year old - couldn't get enough of the pool! Fishing off the dock turned out to be a hit also. We had just a couple of minor glitches but Guy was prompt in stopping by to take care of things - thanks Guy! We would definitely consider returning to this property in the future. We love Delray Beach for it's more laid back atmosphere while offering lots of good eats and fun shopping.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

  We had a wonderful vacation. The house was beautiful and we loved that the pool area got morning and afternoon sun. Everyone we dealt with was extremely nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway.

  It is a pleasure to review this house. Everything was just perfect during this stay ! The house itself is very big and comfortable and everybody loved it. There is also a perfect orientation of the pool and hot tub. It is a south exposure so you really can enjoy it the whole day. I also want to add that Steve ( the manager of the house ) is always very helpful as well as Guy who is working with him. We had a very minor noise with the pool engine and it was solved 15 minutes later ! We will definitely come again as soon as we can ! As we are french, here is the translation in my language : Tout d'abord, c'est un plaisir pour moi de dire que tout a été parfait durant notre séjour. La maison est très grande et très confortable et j'ai adoré l'orientation sud de la maison. Vous avez le soleil toute la journée ! Merci aussi beaucoup à Steve et Guy ( manager de la maison ) qui sont intervenus 15 minutes après qu'on les ai appelés pour un petit détail de bruit de moteur qui a été résolu très vite. Nous reviendrons dès que nous le pourrons !

  My husband and I retired from IBM after 35 + years and decided to go spend a month somewhere warm. We chose Delray because it is near some of our friends's second homes in West Palm and Boca but not as stuffy as those places - we call Delray "elegant and funky" with beautiful beaches and incredible restaurants. We did not, however realize that anything short of a 3-6 month rental home was very tough to come by so we were very lucky to find our Hyacinth Drive home. It was everything we wanted: large enough for our 20+ yr old kids and nephews to visit as well as several rounds of our good friends from Connecticut, a very open entertainment-friendly first floor with a large beautiful kitchen and it is right on the sparkling inter coastal. The outside dock/deck area is huge and very well furnished with chaises, dining for 8 and a large sun bed that was fought over regularly! Of course the large pool and hot tub are great and there is even a lift to lower the two kayaks we rented for two weeks into the water. The house,pool and lawn is beautifully maintained and the realtor, Steve and handy man, Guy could not have been more responsive to our needs and local questions. Not only would I recommend this home to anyone but some of our friends who stayed with us for a few days are considering it for next year!

  Great house. Wonderful master bedroom suite. Has all the amenities plus ATT U-verse for movies. Nice neighborhood - walked all around with our dog. Hot tub and pool area very nice. We brought our boat and were able to easily launch it at Knowles Park and drive it the short distance to our house which has a nice boat lift. Would definitely rent again - just wish it was closer to the ocean - long way around intercostal waterway and can't really walk the distance. Rentals agents very nice and accommodating.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
