Rest and Relax,or, Be as Active as you want to be, then come home to the comforts of this large 4 bedroom home. Each bedroom , two king and two queen beds with Simmons Beautyrest mattresses, has its own full bathroom. the Master Bedroom is on the Main floor. Two sitting areas, the downstairs great room for conversation, or in the loft area for relaxation / reading, or watching a movie on the Big Screen TV with Bluray Home Theatre System, and cable. Wireless High Speed Internet is available on site.
The kitchen is a chef's delight, fully equipped with all the necessities and with high-end Electrolux stainless steel appliances.Granite counters throughout, even in the bathrooms. Front Load LG laundry facilities on site.
All the furnishings and beds are brand new.
Take in the surroundings from the front porch or the backyard patio complete with chairs,table, and barbecue.
Large main floor is open and bright with vaulted ceiling and numerous tall windows. Air conditioned.
Three car garage with large driveway for vehicles, toys,and guest parking.
Why not enjoy the Columbia Valley in Luxury, at a price far less than company managed properties. You are renting from the owners who can't be there as often as they would like. Just bring your food; everything else is provided.
STRICTLY NON-SMOKING HOUSE.
You are asked to leave the property as you have received it. Bedding and linens can be left in Laundry room. There is a $150 cleaning fee, our cost for the service. There is a $350 refundable damage deposit.
Very comfortably accommodates 6 - 8 people. We will not rent to larger groups or those who wish to make the house the gathering/party place. Adult oriented home but babies and children over 9 years old accepted.

- $350 refundable damage deposit
- $150 cleaning fee (it is expected that house will be returned in the same condition as received with bedding and linens left in laundry room).

We have just returned from a golf week with 4 couples. The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 8. Having individual bathrooms for every couple was great. Each couple cooks one night and the kitchen was ideal with lots of counter space and top line appliances. Sitting and watching the deer in the back yard every night while having a meal was incredible. Denny and Michele were perfect hosts and thanks for pointing out the local market to us. What a wonderful place to spend the holiday with family! The setting is peaceful with great walking paths but there is also plenty to do nearby. The town of Invermere has wonderful shops and gallleries, the ski hill is only minutes away and skating on the lake was great fun! The home is spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, with incredibly comfortable beds and luxury linens. The kitchen is well equipped (plus a large dining table) which was perfect for our family of eight to prepare meals, especially Christmas dinner. We highly recommend this rental. The owners are very helpful and friendly. Thanks again for everything!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.

Our New Years celebration couldn't have been better at this amassing property. Whit fully equipped and practical kitchen, beautiful and large living area, dining comfortably for 8 to 10 people. Wonderful bedrooms with separate bathroom to each suit. The photos accurately reflect the appearance of the rental, its an immaculately clean home in all corners, the owners are helpful and quick in answering any of our questions and concerns. We managed to book this last minute and were very happy we did. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and made the whole process very easy. The photos are a wonderful depiction of the property, perhaps they don't even do it justice. The bedrooms are all very spacious with extremely comfortable beds and clean en suites. The Saturday market in Invermere was a real treat, a true Farmers market. We enjoyed golfing, boating and hiking in the area. This would also make for a wonderful winter time getaway for a large family gathering. An absolute pleasure. Hope your family will enjoy it as much as we did.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

This home is perfect for a number of couples or families to share. We had our family Thanksgiving celebration here and the 4 private bedrooms with full baths was perfect. The space was large & comfortable enough that there was room for conversation & games & eating or privacy if you wanted it. There were no surprises when we arrived as the property was clean and well maintained as described & pictured on this site. The owners are hospitable and helpful and made the process easy. The area surrounding the property is perfect for walks as it backs on to a wooded area and the residential area is quiet, well maintained and has the feeling of being in the country. Downtown Invermere, which is about a 5 minute drive from the property, has some great art galleries & quaint shops that make it fun to wander the streets and explore. Thank-you for helping us with a rejuvenating holiday! We really appreciated the quality and beauty of the home, and the tranquility of the surroundings. About the owner: Hi, we are Michele and Denny. I am originally from Saskatchewan and my wife from Quebec. We both love to travel, enjoy the outdoors, movies, boardgames, and time with the grandkids. The trip from Calgary to Invermere through Banff and Kootenay National Parks never gets boring. We built this home to enjoy the peace, quiet and comfort. We have made it our full time home and by request make it available for others to enjoy whenever we cannot be there. It truly is a home away from home and we hope that is how you will remember it. Come for rest and relaxation, or be as active as you want. The Columbia Valley has such a lot to offer. Many guests have stayed to make it their base for a golfing or skiing holiday, or simply to reunite family or freinds. We thank you for your interest.
