  Seven professional women from around the country came together for a picture-perfect get-away weekend and this home was THE BEST find ever! Just perfect in terms of location, charm, convenience, and privacy. We'll be back --- many times!!!

  This house was everything and more than we expected. It is very roomy and unique. I would not recommend it for families with small children because of the many neat knick knacks, etc, for the adults to enjoy. The house has lots of character and was like spending a holiday in days past. We had everything we needed to prepare a lovely Thanksgiving dinner. The owners are very flexible on when you can check in and out, unlike most rentals I have stayed at. The house was very clean and well kept. I highly recommend this for a large group as there is so much room. Thank you Melody and John for sharing your home with us.

  I wish I had more time and space to convey the absolute perfection of this vacation home. If I could have slipped into into my pocket, I would have brought it home with me. Unlike so many vacation rentals, this house is a home. It has been loved, and this much is clear with every single detail you encounter in every square inch of the space. From antiques, to original paintings, to personal photographs, and quirky decorative touches, this is a house not thrown together by a realtor, but tended to lovingly by its owner. I am so happy Melody chose to share her home with travelers. In our case, we were a family seeing off my Marine nephew prior to deployment. Although we had our share of time at Disney World and the beach, the best times of our one-week vacation were spent playing dominoes at the cozy dining room table, chatting poolside or in the delightful screened-in porch, playing pool and foos ball in the pool house, or curled up in generously provided blankets watching silly tv shows. What a joyful time we had, and it would not, could not, have been the same in any other home. I highly recommend this home for any family wanting a vacation that is enveloped in warmth and charm. We will most definitely revisit. (a special thank you to caretaker Gay, who went out of her way to make our stay memorable).

  We highly recommend this property! We planned a last minute vacation to Titusville after our mom passed away, to visit our grandfather. Melody and John were extremely helpful and accommodating when we were making plans. They were extremely flexible and it was obvious they would do anything in their power to make our stay perfect. When we finally arrived, we couldn't have been happier. The house is just beautiful! It is very large, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It is centrally located, making it easy to enjoy area attractions. The pool was incredible- and the pool house was a fantastic spot to entertain and relax, and just have fun. We were there with adults and children - it was perfect for us all! Melody and John - Thank you for sharing your gem with us. It's a special place!

  Melody and John's home provided us with a great home base to come back to and relax after days of watching softball in the unusually warm March Florida sun this year. We had great weather and pool area to come back to for drinks in the evening and re-hash the day's games. The rooms were comfortable, and there was enough space for three families who had never met each other, to hang out together or on their own. Due to the softball schedule, we didn't get a chance to see much of Titusville but the home's close proximity to the piers and walking paths, with the use of the home's bikes, would make it an ideal location for families or couples. The home was clean, Melody was very helpful with any questions we had and despite not having television, we had a lovely time in Titusville.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing.

  This may not be the poshest rental available, but it is homey, comfortable and spacious. We had as many as 13 family members staying in the house and pool house, where an unexpected 6th bedroom provided even more room than expected. There was a glitch with the pool, but we were given a local contact and he fixed it asap. If we are ever fortunate enough to have another family reunion in the space coast area, we will definitely be staying here again.

  We spent last Christmas our holliday in the beautiful home of John and Melody in Titusville. The welcome was good. Because of the beautiful weather we spent a lot of time at the pool. Our kids (and we) loved it. The nostalgic house has modern things like Wi-Fi, PC, Wii and include a washer and dryer. We have had also a good time around the house and made ??several trips nearby Titusville. In short, we recommend future renters the lovely house and John and Melody for a great holliday in Titusville Florida!

  We had a fantastic stay in Melody and John's beautiful, charming old home in wonderful, unspoilt Titusville. Melody and John are lovely, friendly people who made an 8 hour car journey from Henderson N.C. to welcome us on arrival and give us a guided tour! The house is full of character, it's very spacious, yet has a lovely, homely feel to it. It is very clean, comfortable and has a well-equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The property is well maintained and has plenty of modern conveniences, such as NetFlix, WiFi and a PC. The pool and spa are fantastic, as is the attached pool house, where you will find a bar, bathroom and full size pool table. Outside on the sunny pool deck, there's a gas BBQ, a table and chairs and loungers, with lovely views over Indian River. The house is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of Indian River where there are several fishing piers, bars and restaurants. We ate at Dogs R Us and the restaurant at Titusville Pier and would recommend both. Nearby are Kennedy Space Centre, Playalinda Beach and Cocoa Beach. Melody & John also provide free use of bicycles, boogie boards, beach towels, loungers etc. I would have no hesitation in returning to, and recommending, this beautiful old house to future renters. Melody answered all our pre-booking queries promptly via email and telephone. The photos depict the house accurately and the booking process was simple. Thank you again Melody and John for sharing your home with us. Hope to see you again next year. The Neil & Miller family, from Scotland.
