Security deposit of $1000.00 required with signed lease. $500.00 immediately non-refundable, $500.00 becomes non-refundable 90 days prior to arrival. On arrival provide cheques dated for each month of stay. From security deposit Fees and Taxes listed will be deducted and balance of security deposit returned when final electric bill arrives.

Year Purchased: 2010
About the owner: We left England in 1980 and lived for 30 years in Canada. Having our children and grandchildren in the U.S. we have become full-time residents, and instead of snowbirds we are now sunbirds. You can enjoy our lovely home while we are away in the winter.
Why the Owner Chose Laguna Woods:
This is our summer HOME and one day may be our full time home. At the moment we have little ones in Arizona, so that is where we go, but we love it here in SoCal.
