Southwestern décor embodies this outstanding vacation and entertainment opportunity for your visit. Beds for 9. Our four bedrooms + twin in furnished basement sleep 9, MBR and Basement BR w private bath (shower). Great room hide-a-bed sleeps 2. Air mattresses available.
Fully enclosed back yard.
You will entertain in our spacious great room and sun room (see picture) and let the kids watch our 60' TV in the family room, or go outside to our enormous deck that encloses the entire back of our house and wraps around the sun room (See picture). Cook indoors or out. Either way you can seat 15 to 20 (inquire for additional seating and table space). Otherwise, relax in our gazebo amongst our whispering pines and enjoy the wildlife (see pictures). Fully enclosed back yard. You just won’t want to go home after your stay in our nirvana.

We do ask you to feed and water our 2 cats in the garage; they are allowed indoor through cat door at your leisure.

Our family and friends recently went on vacation in Colorado Springs and needed a place for all 9 of us to stay while we visited the local attractions. We really enjoyed this property. It met all of our needs - which is no small feat! It's a beautiful area, and we even saw a deer near the backyard. I would highly recommend this property to any family that is planning a vacation in Colorado Springs.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.

great house everything you could possiblr need,great location in the trees easy access to everything the only down fall was no air condition we got there when it was 101 degress and neighbors dog barkingRecommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.

Our family met in Colorado Springs, and stayed at this wonderful house! There was plenty of room for all 11 of us, Tracy and Diane were so wonderful! The house was clean, the beds were made, everything was ready for us, we loved the deck, it was perfect to just sit out and relax, play cards, ect. The house is far enough from town, that it is nice and quiet, but it is not far from anything we wanted to do, it is a PERFECT location! I would highly recommend this home to anyone coming to vacation in the area, it is absolutely wonderful!! We plan on coming back! Thank you again Tracy and Diane!! You are wonderful people, and your house was perfect!! :)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Why the Owner Chose Colorado Springs:
Much cooler in the forest at our 7200ft elevation than downtown Colorado Springs, so enjoy inside and outside all day. Perhaps bring a sweater for evenings.
