This beautiful new beach house sits on a creek overlooking a pond in the peaceful Nedonna Beach area of Rockaway Beach!
The home features a grand living room with high ceilings and all new furnishings. There is a spectacular kitchen with granite counter tops and all of the supplies you need for a perfect meal. There is a large round dining table that comfortably seats 8 as well. The living room comes with a flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player and there is wireless internet access to make working while you are away a breeze.
There are four large bedrooms including an exquisite master suite with a king bed and a jetted tub. The second bedroom features a queen bed so it is situated for a second couple. The third bedroom has two twin beds and the fourth has one twin bed so they are geared toward children but comfortable for an adult or teenager as well.
The deck on the back of the house features an electric grill that is quick and easy to use and there is a firepit that is a great place for roasting marshmallows and creating beach memories that will last a life time. The house backs to a preserved pond and creek area that attract a variety of birds and wildlife and there is a fishing pond that is open to the public in Nedonna Beach as well that is stocked with trout and bass.
Nedonna Beach has a long stretch of beautiful sandy beach that is not as crowded as the rest of the beaches in Rockaway but it is still convenient to restaurants and shops in town. You can easily take in a deep sea fishing charter or rent a small crabbing boat to take the family on a fun adventure at sea.

We have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals on the Oregon Coast, but this one is by far the nicest home we have stayed in for the price. All the high end appliances, super stocked kitchen, extremely comfortable beds, great wifi & cable and comfortable furnishings made it a true vacation. This is the perfect home for families, safe and kid friendly. The owners have far surpassed the other vacation rental owners. The beach is several blocks away, but is a nice walk through a very friendly community. We will be using Vacasa in the future, such a nice Company and Becky was so pleasant to work with.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

A gorgeous place to stay. Property was incredibly clean and more towels and linens than anyone could use. A fabulous washer and dryer onsite if needed. A fully stocked kitchen (I made cinnamon rolls from scratch and had everything I needed). A TV in the master bedroom would be nice and as another reviewer noted, the master NEEDS curtains. All other rooms have lovely curtains to block the light for sleeping in. If you want to sleep in in the master bedroom, you are out of luck. All in all a beautiful home. Had a lovely time there on a rainy weekend.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

This is not your typical beach rental. The house and furnishings were amazing. High ceilings, open floor plan (the floor plan is perfect and I would love to have a house with this layout), granite in the kitchen and bathrooms. The house was super clean. When we walked in, we couldn't believe how nice it looked. We truly said "Wow". As we checked out the house, we couldn't believe how lucky we were to find this gem. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach but this house made it worth it. The only thing that would make it better was if it was located on the beach front. I can't wait until we can stay for an entire week.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a great time and a wonderful stay at the Nanyucket Beach House. It was close to the beach and in a very quiet area. The house was nice--with everything that we needed.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I have stayed at several vacation rental properties along the Oregon Coast and this property by far supplanted all others! I loved everything about this home:) The only hiccup I had was the electric BBQ which didn't work, but that has apparently been fixed. All appliances and furnishings were well appointed and the master bathroom was to die for. I loved everything about this home and plan on going back in a couple of weeks. I have told all my friends and co-workers about this home. I loved the fact that the house was a little removed from the beach, which allowed me to get my daily walk/run to the beach. Highly recommend this home!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
