Located in an area of million-dollar plus homes! Beautiful and Luxurious Homes on 1.1 acres in the heart of Scottsdale! There are two homes, "Cactus" main house and "Casita" guest house that will sleep up to 18 persons! Each home has a separate entrance and pool, yet are easily accessed for your groups convenience.

This property is suitable for very large groups and events; including wedding receptions, reunions, etc...! Very private, fully fenced, spacious and open interiors, patios, walk-ways, putting greens and landscaping - ample parking for very large gatherings!

The "Cactus" (3500 square feet) home has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, full size movie theater, private pool & bar-b-que, putting green, 5 TV's with cable and hot tub; bedrooms include 4 king size beds (two are trundle which can be used as 2 kings or four twins) 3 queens, plus 1 full air mattress for additional friends and family! Sleeps up to 12-16.

The "Casida" (1200 square feet home) has 2 bedrooms with
2 bathrooms adjoining, private pool, 3TV's with cable & barbeque; bedrooms include one queen and one king, sleeps up to four.

The back recreation yard features a large pool, with hot-tub, brand new putting green, covered patio, and barbecue.

Casita features two bedrooms, two baths with a play pool with volleyball net, hot tub, bumper pool card table, three TVs, and cable TV.

  • Kid Friendly : May need to put up some glass decorations "out of reach" for childrens safety, and to save on repair charges or breakage. All items must be restored to arrival condition prior to your departure. Extra supervision while children are in pool, putting green, theater and spa areas to be safe and prevent damage to property
  • Smoking Not Allowed : If guests smoke outside, all butts must be removed prioir to departure, as this is not something the cleaning crew, landscape or pool maintenance crew is responsible for. Renter must remove/throw away own cigarette/cigar butts - no exceptions - extra fee for cleaning will be assesed if butts are left on property grounds!

* Cleaning fees are $250.00 Cactus  & $200.00 Casita - $450.00 total for both
* $25.00 day heated pool fee per pool (Optional)
Off peak Season is June 1, 2010 to August 30, 2010
Rates for off peak season are $200. to $500. nightly/$1,400.00 to $3,000.00 weekly
