  the stay at the house was after some starting problems ok, the location of the house was good. when we arrived there was no one there to receive us which was not ok. to get the key and some basic information was problematic which gave a negative feeling. the house was not very clean and both the dryer and the laundry machine were not emptied.But when we got into contact with the owner he turned out to be very helpful and so all turned out for the best. the pool is super , a lot of good shops and restaurants are at walking distance and the property deserves recommendation, despite the difficult start we had

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children, sightseeing.

  This home a amazing. It is just as in the photos. Clean and very comfortable, has everything needed in a home. Great pool with heater. My friends and enjoyed it. The home owner Is also very nice and pleasant. We Will be staying there again

  We could not have asked for a better vacation spot! We spent a week at the house and did not want to leave...we are already planning to return next summer! We have 4 children, aged 7-15, and the house was perfect for us--so much better than a hotel! Everything was as described, very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable! The pool was fabulous--very private and so nice to come home to after spending the day out and about. It was hard to get our boys out of the pool, but when we did, we loved Ft. Lauderdale beach and had a great time touring the canals on the water taxi. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and everyone and we are looking forward to returning!

  We are French and we stood in the house 10 days in July. The house is as descripted, near all commodities and near the sea. It is well entertained and the owner was available for any question. We just suggest him to leave a note book in the house giving practical details of garbages, entertainment of the swimming pool, door code and so on... Our children really appreciated the swimming pool, so much that we never went to the sea...! We have visited all the area, Miami, the Everglades and went one day until the Kennedy Space Center. We never really cooked in the house, there are many good restaurants around, but everything was clean and adapted for cooking in the kitchen. We really enjoyed our holidays in this house and recommend it to all !

  My family and I stayed at this house for a week and had a WONDERFUL time. The house is exactly as they say..."LUXURY!!!" The beds were the most comfortable! The pool was absolutely wonderful. Anything we needed was within just a few miles. Towels galore, plus beach toys. Very comfortable and quite!! Could not of asked for a better place to stay. Mark, we just want to say, THANK YOU for letting us stay at the house and hope to be back again!!! Have absolutely NO complaints, can't say enough WONDERFUL things about the house.

  This house was pretty much as represented in the listing and overall, we enjoyed our stay here this past week with our three young children and my mother, although I don't think I would characterize it as a 5 Star Luxury Villa, per se. It was a cute beach bungalow with a modern aesthetic that we thought was a good value. With the exception of the interior of the refrigerator, which wasn't filthy or anything, but just looked as if it hadn't been cleaned out prior to our arrival, and the outdoor gas grill, which looked overdue for a thorough cleaning, the property was clean. It was also well-maintained, although we had two overhead light fixtures which were out/went out during our stay and we could not find any replacement bulbs (they appeared to be specialty--perhaps IKEA?--bulbs). We contacted the owners with regard to this issue, but did not receive a response. As the lights provided the majority of light to the living room and the kitchen, this was an inconvenience and made us not really want to hang out in the dark living room. The kitchen was well-stocked and most everything was labeled. The only thing we could have used was a cookie/baking sheet. Also, there was no book/binder that we could find for the house and that would have been helpful to have with regard to idiosyncrasies about the house (i.e., garbage pick-up times, days when the lawn and/or pool maintenance guys came), as well as recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. There was a Pack and Play for our youngest to use. The king bed in one of the bedrooms was very, very soft and caved in the middle. The backyard area was lovely, with lush tropical plantings and lots of privacy, but it is worth mentioning to those with young children who can't swim, that two of the bedrooms have doors leading directly to the pool and the way that the house and pool are set up, you cannot see the pool or the outdoor area from the common areas of the house. We did enjoy sunbathing, swimming, grilling out, and catching lizards out back. The closest beach (Ft. Lauderdale) was about a 10-minute drive away. We went to Deerfield Beach (about 30 minutes away) and Dania Beach/John U. Lloyd State Park (@ 20 minutes away). We did a half-day fishing charter from Pier 66 at the Hyatt, which I would recommend, as well as Lion Country Safari (@ 1 hour away) and Big Cypress Indian Reservation (@ 1 1/2 hours away)

  Everything you see in the photos are true and even better. The lines are soft, the design is modern, the place is clean and bright, the kitchen uttensils are brand new. We had games for the children and internet working perfeclty. Really a great choice!

  We spent 2 nights in this gorgeous home before heading to Miami to board our cruise ship. Home was clean, and accomodated all 8 of us well. landscaping was beautiful. We had all the comforts of home. pool was great. we were in walking distance to many shops and restaurants as well.
