Welcome to Panama City Beach, with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. Our 2br 2ba cottage is located south of Back Beach Rd just south of Colony Club (Holiday Golf Course) between Middle Beach Rd and Back Beach Rd. We have a very clean cozy, two bedroom, two bath cottage home. Fenced in back yard, fully furnished with all kitchen appliances and linens (pillows, blankets, sheets and towels for kitchen, beach and bath). Sleeps six comfortably. Just think, walking distance to the beach, only half of a mile. No crowded elevators or parking lots to drag your luggage through. Amusement parks, shops, restaurants, and golf courses all within a mile. Shop at Pier Park, play at Frank Brown Park just 2 miles away.

We have a king-size bed in one room with TV, a bunk bed in the other with full on bottom bunk and twin on top bunk. We do have an extra single mattress tucked away under the bunk bed for an extra guest. There is a TV/DVD in the living room, cable tv and free WI-FI is included in your stay. A fan in every room, and central a/c. We have beach chairs and a small, medium and large cooler so you don't have to pack yours. For the kids there is a boogie board and skim board, 2 razor scooters(non electric). There is even a wagon to pull your kids in or your stuff.

The cottage home is located in the heart of the strip... shops, restaurants, piers, boat ramps, scooter rentals, boat rentals, etc. Super Wal-mart is just five minutes away and Publix Grocery Store and movie gallery for movie rental is just past the Water park. If you are an avid golfer or just like to hit the balls, Holiday Golf Course and Driving Range is just across the street and Hombre Golf Course is just two miles down the road.

Ship Wreck Island Water Park located within one mile. Gulf World Marine Park, Zoo World and Rocket Lanes bowling, billiard, skating and arcade, The Grande movie theatre, Restaurants and shops at Pier Park are not far away for the whole family to enjoy. Many miniature golf courses, go cart tracks, and other rides for the kids to enjoy.

Keeping the rate simple for an affordable family vacation. Pay just $450 per week plus tax. No cleaning fee, I provide all cleaning supplies. Just leave it as you received it. Saves you money and my time. Deposit is $200 which is refunded by mail the day after check out provided the cottage is left as you receive it (Spring Break deposit is $300). If you prefer I clean it, a fee will be deducted from your deposit. We do have a paypal account(you pay 3% fee for receipt and 3% paypal fee for refund).

  • My family stayed for two weeks in May-June 2009. We really enjoyed ourselves. The cottage was very nice and roomy. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen was stocked with cookware, silverware, and even a coffee pot. If there was anything that we did need, Pam got it for us. There was a laundry room, that was really helpful. We enjoyed playing on the pogo stick that was there. There were beach chairs and umbrellas that really was very useful. The cottage was reasonably priced also, which was beneficial. Hopefully, we will be able to stay again. Thanks Pam for being such a nice person. :) Hope to come back and visit soon.
