The Cozy Cottage address is 308 Evergreen St, Panama City Beach. The cottage is a very clean, cozy 2BR/2BA home. If you are familiar with Panama City Beach and to give you an idea, the cottage is located just a half mile from the beach. One mile west of Shipwreck Island Water Park and just South of Back Beach Rd (across from Colony Club) and is two miles East of Shoppes at Pier Park and Frank Brown Park. New public library just blocks away. This wonderful home is in a safe neighborhood.
The Cozy Cottage has a fenced in back yard, is fully furnished with all kitchen appliances and linens (pillows, blankets, sheets and towels for kitchen, beach and bath). Sleeps six comfortably (FLEXABLE). Just think, walking distance to the beach, only half of a mile. No crowded elevators or parking lots to drag your luggage through. Park at your front door. Amusement parks, shops, restaurants, and golf courses all within a mile. Shop at Pier Park, play at Frank Brown Park just 2 miles away. Easy access to Back Beach Rd, easy to escape heavy traffic on Front Beach Rd. Take the wagon and walk just 1/2 mile to the beach! If you choose to drive, park just 1 mile east if the cottage in the parking lot for the new county pier free parking. Frank Brown Park is just 2 miles away and offers 2 pools, 1 being for kids. The park has play ground, tennis, basketball, jogging track etc.
We have a king-size bed in one room with TV, a bunk bed in the other with full on bottom bunk and twin on top bunk, TV/VCR. We do have an extra single mattress tucked away under the king bed for an extra guest. There is a stereo/cd and TV/DVD in the living room, cable tv and free WI-FI is included in your stay. A fan in every room, and central a/c. We have beach chairs, a few fishing poles and a small, medium and large cooler so you don't have to pack yours. For the kids there are a few boogie boards and skim boards, 2 razor scooters(non electric). There is even a wagon to pull your kids in or your stuff.
The cottage home is located in the heart of the strip... shops, restaurants, piers, boat ramps, scooter rentals, boat rentals, etc. Super Wal-mart is just five minutes away and Publix Grocery Store and Red Box $1 per night movie rental is just 1/2 mile away. If you are an avid golfer or just like to hit the balls, Holiday Golf Course and Driving Range is just across the street and Hombre Golf Course is just two miles down the road.
Ship Wreck Island Water Park located within one mile. Gulf World Marine Park, Zoo World and Rocket Lanes bowling, billiard, skating and arcade, The Grande movie theatre, Restaurants, Miracle strip amusement rides and shoppes at Pier Park are not far away for the whole family to enjoy. Many miniature golf courses, go cart tracks, and other rides for the kids to enjoy.
If you enjoy fishing, there are many charter boats close by for deep sea fishing. Panama City Beach Pier just 2 miles west of our cottage. We have 2 piers close by, city and county piers Just take our wagon to haul your fishing gear.
Keeping the rate simple for an affordable family vacation. Pay just $550 per week(spring break $750) plus tax. No cleaning fee, I provide all cleaning supplies. Just leave it as you received it. Saves you money and my time. Deposit is $200 which is refunded by mail the day after check out provided the cottage is left as you receive it (Spring Break deposit is $300). If you prefer I clean it, a fee will be deducted from your deposit. I do thorough inspection between rentals to ensure each guest checks into a clean home. We do have a paypal account(you pay 3% fee).

The Unique Benefits at this Cottage
During busy tourist season, this home is located close to the beach and shopping at Pier Park. During heavy traffic on Front Beach Road, our cottage is located just right for easy access to Back Beach Road, when you wish to get somewhere quickly. Has easy access to Front Beach Road, if you choose to take a scenic slow and easy drive along the beach. If you wish to get to Super Walmart, just a few miles away, easy access to Middle Beach Rd. Our cottage has parking by your front door, do not need to fight for a parking spot, no waiting for an elevator. Quiet and peaceful place to stay when you are ready to take a break from the busy beach.

We stayed with Pam twice last year and really liked the house. It is comfortable, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The back yard is a great bonus. Having two showers in the house is wonderful after we come in from a loooong day of fishing! I must also say I like being near Pier Park (love to shop!) I found Pam to be a wonderful hostess. She is very personable.

We stayed at this cottage for a little over a month recently. The cottage was comfortable and equipped with everything we could need. The cottage was in a nice, safe, family friendly neighborhood and and within walking distance to the beach. Also, Pam was fantastic. A group of 11 of us came down to Panama City Beach for Spring Break and we stayed at Pam's place. Surprisingly we all fit quite well. It was the best vacation we have ever had! We had a fabulous time at the cottage/PCB. The cottage was the pertect place to stay because it was a home away from home. After spending the day out and about on the beaches we could come back and relax with ours kids and play games or watch movies. I didnt have to worry about packing extra items...such as beach towels, chairs, the wagon to tote the kids, games and toys. The kitchen was really nice to have as well. For families on a budget such as ours we planned breakfast and lunch at the house in the fully functioning kitchen and then were able to enjoy dinner at one of the many great resturants. They say it was a 1/2 walk to the beach but we walked it daily and really didn't seem that long. My kids loved the scooters that were there at the house for their use and I was happy that they had a place to ride them :). Needless to say...we will be back. I am looking forward to staying there again and visiting our favorite places again. I have told everyone I can think of about this home away from home...so I fear I will have a fight on my hands for the dates that I want! That would be a down fall for us but I will fight for it. Thanks again for making our vacation the best ever!

We stayed at the cottage July 10-17,2010. The cottage is close to everything without being in the middle of the noise. We had everything we needed and Pam was always available to answer any questions. The cottage is fully stocked with everything you need and quite a few extras. We were in Panama City for the softball World Series so we were packing alot of extra equipment in addition to our regular vacation items. Anything that we didn't have to pack was a big help. Coolers, beach umbrella, boogie boards and beach chairs were all at the house. It made our trip so much easier. Washer and dryer, 3 televisions and free wi-fi were definite assets. I really just want everyone to know that there is absolutely nothing wrong with this house. The low rental rate is in no way a reflection of the quality of the home. Pam is able to keep her rates low and I am thankful that my family was able to benefit from it. We look forward to a return visit next year.

We spent two weeks in FL in this wonderful cottage. We were provided with everything that we needed to relax and enjoy our vacation. The walk to the beach was a breeze and the house is located closely to everything we needed. We took our bicycles and found everything a short bike ride away. Thanks for everything Pam!
