I was fortunate enough to catch this cozy little cottage available during my stay in Florida for 8 days during Thunder Beach Bike Rally. I was not sure what I was getting in to, until I took my first few steps in this home. It was VERY clean, and had every possible amenity that you would need during your stay. The owner of this home was very pleasant, courteous and took every means possible to ensure that me and my buddy's were accommodated during our stay. It was three people showering basically one right after another and we never ran out of hot water. ( That's rare ) Most of all, the beds ALL slept very well, and I had no problems getting a good nights rest. I enjoyed my morning coffee admiring the nice landscaped yard, and the home is convenient to everything. I will be sure to stay in this home again for any future visits to Panama City. Thank you Pam for your hospitality and allowing us all to stay in your home. Eddie K.

Our trip was a ADULT getaway!!! The house was very roomy between two couples the 2nd bathroom worked out great (full bathroom),the location so nice just far enough from the noise but close enough to enjoy EVERYTHING. My hubby and his brother went fishing everyday we were there and us ladies enjoyed the shops and was able to stop in on the guys at the pier fishing it was that close. Ms. Pam was the best hostess I could have asked for she was so helpful and VERY sweet. WE WILL DEFINITIVELY BE BOOKING AGAIN SOON. Again I want to thank you Ms. Pam for the lovely accommodations and friendly atmosphere it was by far the best getaway to date. THANK YOU!!!

Great place to stay

We stayed at this cottage for a little over a month recently. The cottage was comfortable and equipped with everything we could need. The cottage was in a nice, safe, family friendly neighborhood and and within walking distance to the beach. Also, Pam was fantastic. She was very accommodating and very willing to work with our hectic and uncertain travel plans. Thanks so much for all your help Pam! We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect home away from home vacation spot. It has everything you could possibly need. Very clean,and cozy. Pam is wonderful to deal with, she will help anyway she can. I definitly recommend the cottage. We can not wait to come back!

We had a great time in panama city beach. Plus the cottage was great it was so nice and had everything u needed. And Pam was so great and nice. And we thank u for everything and do plan on visiting next year and staying there again.

Great vacation

My boyfriend and I stayed at this cottage last year ( july 5-11) and had a great time, and this year we brought family with us (june 11-18). Everything we needed was there. Wonderful Place

We stayed with Pam twice last year and really liked the house. It is comfortable, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The back yard is a great bonus. Having two showers in the house is wonderful after we come in from a loooong day of fishing! I must also say I like being near Pier Park (love to shop!) I found Pam to be a wonderful hostess. She is very personable.

SPRING BREAK!!!

A group of 11 of us came down to Panama City Beach for Spring Break and we stayed at Pam's place. Surprisingly we all fit quite well. It was the best vacation we have ever had! Pam was fabulous and willing to help us out so much! Great price, great location, and tons of fun to be had all around. We will definitely be looking into this again next year! Thanks so much Pam :)

College Spring Break!!

Me and 8 of my friends went down to panama for spring break last week, and we ALL fit in this little house. Pam is great to deal with, and is very laid back. I am definitely going to try and get this again next year.

BEST TIME EVER!

We had a fabulous time at the cottage/PCB. The cottage was the pertect place to stay because it was a home away from home. After spending the day out and about on the beaches we could come back and relax with ours kids and play games or watch movies. I didnt have to worry about packing extra items...such as beach towels, chairs, the wagon to tote the kids, games and toys. The kitchen was really nice to have as well. For families on a budget such as ours we planned breakfast and lunch at the house in the fully functioning kitchen and then were able to enjoy dinner at one of the many great resturants. They say it was a 1/2 walk to the beach but we walked it daily and really didn't seem that long. My kids loved the scooters that were there at the house for their use and I was happy that they had a place to ride them :). Needless to say...we will be back. I am looking forward to staying there again and visiting our favorite places again. I have told everyone I can think of about this home away from home...so I fear I will have a fight on my hands for the dates that I want! That would be a down fall for us but I will fight for it. Thanks again for making our vacation the best ever!

Affordable and Convenient

We stayed at the cottage July 10-17,2010. The cottage is close to everything without being in the middle of the noise. We had everything we needed and Pam was always available to answer any questions. The cottage is fully stocked with everything you need and quite a few extras. We were in Panama City for the softball World Series so we were packing alot of extra equipment in addition to our regular vacation items. Anything that we didn't have to pack was a big help. Coolers, beach umbrella, boogie boards and beach chairs were all at the house. It made our trip so much easier. Washer and dryer, 3 televisions and free wi-fi were definite assets. I really just want everyone to know that there is absolutely nothing wrong with this house. The low rental rate is in no way a reflection of the quality of the home. Pam is able to keep her rates low and I am thankful that my family was able to benefit from it. We look forward to a return visit next year.

We spent two weeks in FL in this wonderful cottage. We were provided with everything that we needed to relax and enjoy our vacation. The walk to the beach was a breeze and the house is located closely to everything we needed. We took our bicycles and found everything a short bike ride away. Thanks for everything Pam!

I stayed here with a group of my friends this past week for Spring Break ( March 6-13, 2010). I can't say enough good things about how wonderful Pam is as well as the house itself! The owner was incredibly considerate and helpful and the house was in a fabulous location. It was cozy, comfortable, and perfect. Not to mention the AMAZING price!! Thanks again Pam :)

My family stayed for two weeks in May-June 2009. We really enjoyed ourselves. The cottage was very nice and roomy. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen was stocked with cookware, silverware, and even a coffee pot. If there was anything that we did need, Pam got it for us. There was a laundry room, that was really helpful. We enjoyed playing on the pogo stick that was there. There were beach chairs and umbrellas that really was very useful. The cottage was reasonably priced also, which was beneficial. Hopefully, we will be able to stay again. Thanks Pam for being such a nice person. :) Hope to come back and visit soon.
