'Crane Cove' combines the best of a simplier time with the comforts of today, such as a gourmet kitchen (viking stove, stainless side by side fridge with water and ice dispenser and granite coutners and island), and open living floor plan. Enjoy 125' of private waterfront tucked away in a quiet cove with a large level yard - which creates lots of family opportunities for badminton, volleyball, bocci or playing catch.
The cottage is only fifteen feet from the water's edge and sits back over two hundred feet from the road.
Crane Cove is located on east bluff drive - perfect for a morning run , taking an evening stroll or maybe a family bike ride.
Your mornings can start on the large front porch with a cup of fresh coffee as you enjoy a beautiful sun rise glistening on the lake. Evenings can begin with the moon rising across the lake and a glass of your favorite local wine in hand.
Enjoy over 125 feet of waterfront as you wade in from the natural shale shoreline. Enjoy gathering around the lakefront firepit in the evenings.
The cottage has three bedrooms (two upstairs and one main level) and a large loft. The bedrooms and loft are equipped with ceiling fans. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has a full bed. The loft has two twin beds.
Views of the lake abound throughout the house.
Kids will enjoy the great fishing right from the dock... small mouth bass and perch.
Golfers will be pleased with the golf course in Penn Yan, and the many restaurants that surround Keuka lake, which offer great dining and enjoyable entertainment on many weekends.
This cottage is perfect for a couples romantic retreat of for a family vacation. Keuka Lake is a truly a getaway and we hope you love it as much as we do.

Serene, Beautiful, and Comfortable!! Our extended family stayed at Cranes Cove in September, 2012. With the renovations newly completed, the accommodations were very comfortable and clean with an open floor plan that we loved. The lake view is spectacular from nearly every room; gourmet kitchen bright and well equipped; cooking and eating indoors or out was a treat. Our grandchildren loved the beach area with its gentle slope. The water is crystal clear- offering good fishing, floating and swimming.The fish were jumping right near our dock! The property is private with a flat lawn area for our family to relax or play. The large playground at the nearby state park is new with hiking trails also in that area. Rocking on the porch, coffee in hand, watching the sun rise or sitting by the fire at night-it is lake living at its finest! The owners were very attentive and available to answer any questions in a timely manner. Penn Yan has a fantastic ice cream stand which makes the best maple walnut ice cream (along with a long list of other favs) ever tasted!! We always look forward to our return to this area and will definitely want to stay here again!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

This is a great get-a-way cottage. The porch wraps around the house and is a gorgous view from early morning till sunset. Lots of space for kids to play and a marina just steps away. The lakefront is 165 feet long with a gradual slant into the lake. The water was so clear you could see 20 feet into the bottom. Definately a great cottage for familys with children and elderly.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.
