  We had a great time in Maui and your condo was very nice. Had much more useable beach items than we had expected. The condo was clean and well taken care of. It was ready to move in and only had to buy food. We were very comfortable and had a great time as it is only a block from the beach. Your remote light controls were challenging. Never knew which light was going to come on from any remote we used. Some kind of instructions would maybe have helped. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would return again.

  Hello Kenny and Katie, We had a Fabulous Time!!! Thank you so much for the use of your condo. It is in the perfect location to the beach, and to town. Thank you for providing all the beach stuff. We got to go snorkeling without it costing an (arm and a leg) and that was such a thrill. We have no complaints at all. Being in Maui was a dream come true, and your wonderful place at the beach made that dream come true..... Thank you.

  First, I looked at ALOT of condos before choosing this one and I made the right choice! The location is wonderful: just a very short walk to the beach and a couple of blocks to the shops in Kihei. The complex is well taken care of and small. A lot of the people there are full time residents and are very nice. The assigned parking space is right near the stairs up to the unit, so it is very convenient. There is an elevator, but we never used it. The pool area is in great shape. Our kids LOVED the pool. It is not too big, but was never crowded and they spent hours there and in the hot tub. The BBQs by the pool make it very easy to have a low key dinner. The condo itself is in nice shape. Really enjoyed the decor. The AC was not working during our visit, and while we were disappointed at first, we used the 3 overhead fans in the unit and it was not a problem at all. In fact, in the evening, it cooled down quite a bit with the windows open. All the extras like boogie boards, chairs, mats, towels, coolers were awesome! We used them everyday! And there are toys and books for the kids and even a nice selection of adult books to read. Our kids appreciated having the 2 twin beds so they could each have their own space. The condo was well stocked with all the necessary items. I even found birthday candles in the drawer! We used the washing machine and dryer a lot and there was enough soap for many loads. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean and well taken care of. The lanai looks out at the Maui Vista's gardens next door on the other side of a chain link fence. But it was actually kind of pretty to look out at the gardens. People adhered to the quiet hours and it felt very safe. We had a great time and did not want to leave! This is a great choice for any family!

  Hi, Kenny: I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your condo! The location is excellent - far enough to stores that you get a walk, but not too far! All of your beach chairs, umbrella, coolers were sure appreciated. There were lots of towels and a good selection of kitchen tools. We appreciated all the extras.

  We stayed there from Dec 2 to Dec 10 2012. Excellent location, very close to the beach, shopping, etc. The apartment is clean and with new appliances as advertised. Would definitely recommend it to my friends.

  Very clean and nice condo in great location with plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 childern.. all the extras i.e. boogie boards, buckets, beach chairs are a great bonus....Owner was very easy to deal with and responds promptly.

  Great place to stay!! Wonderful owners with excellent communication throughout. This is a very nice and comfortable condo. My (20 yr old) son and I really appreciated the opportunity to stay here for our vacation. It is so close to all of our activities. Thanks again!!!

  We were thrilled with such a wonderful place to stay AND being so close to the beach! The perfect combination in our minds! We spent time most days walking around finding new places to eat. The shrimp tacos just down the road won the "best food" prize. We quickly found we could also walk to the grocery store and found great fresh fruit, etc. With every thing in the condo one needs to cook, it was nice to not have to buy all our meals out. The condo was so comfortable! We enjoyed early mornings sitting at the balcony table with our Maui coffee and breakfast. The snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. made the quick trip to the beach even more inviting and fun. Having the washer and dryer was also helpful. Evenings were spent relaxing at the pool and in the hot tub. The BBQ's at the pool at great and a fun place to prepare a "stay at home" supper. Your rental is everything we expected and more!! Our grandchildren also happened to be visiting on the island for a couple of the days. They were thrilled to find "Poppa's Hawaii House" had toys! The location of the condo also worked well to get to any area of the island and back in the same day; from the north shores to driving the road to Hanna. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay AND for all the extras that added even more fun to our stay. We truly had our "dream vacation." THANK YOU!
