  This is a long overdue wonderful feedback on our stay. Amazing place! Even the pictures do not come close to how wonder this is. We highly recommend this place. Beautiful views, very clean, kitchen was great, bedrooms were wonderful and the living room extending out to the patio was incredible! If you plan to explore Kauai during your stay, this is a great location since you are basically in the middle of the island, which minimizes a lot of drive time. And if you need anything while you are there - call them! They helped us book many trips (boating, zip-line, etc.). We can't wait to come back and this will be the only place we will stay. The pool was always clean and we basically had it to ourselves the majority of the time. You can watch the sea turtles right from the pool and walk down to a great beach. Thank you for making our trip fantastic! We highly recommend staying here.

  The first thing that you notice when you enter this lovely large 3 bedroom/3 bathroom villa is the amazing view. It was completely captivating. The photos shown on this listing are completely accurate. There were some previous review complaining of no light bulbs but really... We didn't have any burned out bulbs but this is not really a huge problem in my opinion anyways. There was a cupboard in the unit that contained spare items such as light bulbs should you need any. The property was very clean - inside and out. We basically had the pool to ourselves for our 15 day stay. It was very quiet and so relaxing here. Each of the 3 bedrooms had it's own bathroom and the kitchen was very well stocked. The previous reviews about how many towels there were was completely accurate - no need to bring any beach towels for sure. We had 7 people in our unit for 7 of the 15 days we were there and there was ample room for everyone. We didn't have any need to contact the managers but the one time I had a question, they were very helpful. The rental agency in Indiana was VERY helpful when we were first looking into renting this unit (especially as there weren't any reviews at that time so we weren't sure...) and Earl couldn't have been more helpful with all my questions. We would highly recommend this unit and would LOVE to stay here again. Kapaa is very central so it is a great location. You can be on either point of the island within a half hour. There are several great restaurants within walking distance of the villa so that was great too. We saw sea turtles from our lanai most days and watched the surfers and kite surfers from here as well. The pool was cleaned every day as well as the deck area. So what more can I say?

  We had a wonderful stay in this unit. The view is unbelievably spectacular! The accomodations were great and the place was well stocked with everything you need for your stay including a very nice gift basket. The location makes it ideal, halfway between Hanalei and Poipu. The grounds are beautiful and the pool was always clean and hardly used by anyone...except us! We will stay here again!

  Our party of six adults spent a wonderful week at this property starting March 8. I have never had a more thorough and easy to deal with owner and renting team. There are other sites withold reviews that name a few problem; but, we saw none of these. It appears that they listened and everything was fixed and in place. The condo was clean and fully equipped. I guess people leave the lights on because we did change a couple of bulbs. Location is excellent, close to both ends of the island and really close to shopping. Yet on the beach and very secluded from the traffic and other condos. If and when I come back to Kauai I will first look for this condo. All I can really says is THANKS for a wonderful vacation. By the way Gary (the neighbor) was a great and helpful guy. I don't usually recommend a place but I will this one. Thanks agai.

  This was a great quiet place for our family vacation, spacious fully stocked condo with big bedrooms! Was enjoyed by people 18months to 80 years old. The view was spectacular and the pool was wonderful. We saw whales and turtles from our balcony on a daily basis. The location was great and central, close to many activities. Only drawbacks were that there was a few lightbulbs burnt out, there wasn't clear directions on where to put garbage and recycling and the beach in front of the condo wasn't great for swimming and kids (nice to get your feet wet in and sit by though). All in all we were very happy with this place.

  We spent a great deal of time debating between properties at which to stay for our Kauai vacation and we were thrilled to end up at this beautiful condo. The pictures shown above do not give enough credit to how truly spacious the condo is. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the beds were plenty comfortable. The view from the Lanai is absolutely gorgeous and we had the pool to ourselves the entire 10 days we stayed at the property. The kitchen was nicely stocked and we also appreciated the beach toys and ample towels. Our 18 month-old daughter was with us on this trip and we were pleasantly surprised to find a highchair, Pack 'N Play, and pool toys in the condo. Finally, we have never received such wonderful customer service from a management company before. Rosewood went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and convienient. We will certainly plan on doing business with them again in the future. Overall, a great property for the price. We will be back. Mahalo!

  Nice place to stay and would be even better if there weren't two broken lamps, a shower glass door in need of replacement and many burned out light bulbs in various locations. The kitchen was nicely furnished. The view is spectacular. Abundant towels were provided. The beds and accommodations were quite nice. Additional toilet tissue should have been provided. Support system was very ice (Rosewood and local). Would be nice if the shower by the pool were cleaned out and usable. We were told it hadn't been used in years and was being used to store stuff.
