Nous relouerons cet appartement avec plaisir .Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We had a wonderful time in San Francisco. The apartment was perfect except for the room in front that was a bit noisy. It was very clean and very well located, We strongly recommend this apartmentRecommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway.

This place was perfect for a little college reunion. The place was very cozy, the solarium a great place to unwind. Zero complaints about the house. Location was great for us (30 somethings). There is tons of delicious (and cheap) Latino food available in the area. We really enjoyed the taco's and Burritos from La Taqueria on Mission. There were also many great restaurants close by on Valencia as well. I highly recommend Udupi Palace for some fantastic Indian (all veg, dosas and more). There are tons of markets nearby to get food supplies for the house and save a little dough by cooking breakfast or a few meals at the house. Also a nice little bar called 'The Phone Booth' a block away which was very cozy and had a killer Jukebox. It was super simple to get downtown since the Bart was only about 5 minutes from the house. Since there are 4 lines going into the city you can basically just leave whenever and get downtown within 30 minutes. All 7 of us would easily stay here again.Did you find this review helpful? Fantastic, spacious and cool apartment with a great view from the roof. Very nice host, and everything worked smoothly. The apartment was even nicer than on the pictures. On the minus side: it was very difficult to find a taxi in the area (they would not take bookings either), and it was too far to walk to downtown (25 blocks). Going back from the city at night the taxi drivers were hesitant to go there. No incidents for us whatsoever, everyone was friendly, but the area seemed to have a somewhat dodgy reputation.Recommended for: Adventure seekers.

Great place for a family. We enjoyed it so much more than staying at a hotel. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, family room was great with TV and internet. Beds were comfortable and having the use of a garage for parking was a huge bonus as parking is really tight. Highly recommend it. We were a family of six.Did you find this review helpful? I don't think that there are enough adjectives in the world to describe my stay. I was in town with friends for Halloween 2011 and this place was beyond our expectations in every way. Clean, beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The beds are amazing to sleep on. The balcony in the back is a great place for coffee in the morning. The solarium upstairs is to die for. The views from the roof are breathtaking. It's an inviting home that has any and every amenity for your luxurious stay. The area is one of the most colorful in all of San Francisco. You can walk up to Mission and have a fantastic Mexican dinner for super cheap or take a convenient taxi 5 min into the city and have a gourmet meal. The subway is very close and very easy to use. My guests had no idea where we were staying because I had booked this property as a surprise. They were thrilled when we walked through the door and I still get them telling me thank you, still to this day. It was a trip that reunited friends from both coasts that hadn't seen each other in a while due to work and school and life. We had such a great time and made memories that will last forever, and this house was a main character in that story. If you have a chance to stay here, don't pass it up. You will have a great time with this rental. We did =-)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The area is safe and quiet. Absolutely loved this property. I wish we could have stayed here for our whole visit. We were actually much more comfortable here than in a hotel right in the city. It was conveniently close to the BART making it easy to travel but I loved having this as our home base while we visited. So clean, spacious, comfortable. Had everything we needed or wanted. The bed was fabulous. Thanks so much for giving me the opportunity to stay at this beautiful place. I would love to be back here again!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

The place is much better equiped than expected, the kitchen has everthing you need and more, even they have some pasta, rice, olive oil and spices that when you arrive late and you couldn't go to the store or forgot something (we forgot the olive oil) it comes very handy. The grocery store is right in the corner, there is also a bus stop in the corner, and is at walking distance from streets like mission, van ness and folsom where muni buses take you to downtown in about 15 minutes. I recommend buying the Citypass and use the Muni transport though there is a subway station also very close. The sauna at the roof top works very good and the tv and home theather are very good to relax after a day in the city. We liked the decoration of the apartment, bathroom with two showers is very nice and helps when you are a big group. There is a great laptop with internet that is very useful to look up things to do. Simone and Roscoe were very kind to us and help us to meet our needs and were available with just a phone call. The place was very clean and new, bedrooms were very comfortable. I will definitly recommend renting this place. We rented a car for a few days to explore outside the city and having where to park in front of the house for free is great. Maybe the only thing we saw was some strange persons walking around this neighborhood at night, specially closer from the subway station but they never bother us anyway and we went out one time at night.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway.
