Once you have stayed at Heaven on Earth, no other beach house will do! Our 3-story oceanfront Mediterranean-style home in Hammock Beach offers a heated pool and spa within a giant lanai, an elevator, luxurious living space, and breathtaking ocean views!
You will have a moment at Heaven on Earth when the bliss of your surroundings overwhelms you. Perhaps it will be when you're soaking up the sun on our 3rd floor deck, with a sweeping view of dunes, beach, and Atlantic Ocean before your eyes. Or when you are lolling in the Jacuzzi tub in your private suite, sunshine streaming in through the window above. Or maybe when you are floating in the pool on the lanai, gazing up at the pure blue sky. Whenever it occurs, you will know immediately that you are truly having the time of your life.
Our house comfortably sleeps up to 20 people, and our 3-car garage holds all your beach toys, too! Travel by elevator from the ground floor up to the heights, with penthouse views from every room and breathtaking balconies looking down upon the beautiful vegetation of the dunes, the cinnamon-colored sands of our beach, and the glittering sea.
Heaven on Earth brings the outdoors inside -- but without the heat or bugs! -- in our giant lanai. This amazing space includes a large heated swimming pool, adjacent heated spa, and vast deck area. It's the perfect place for a party, with windows on 3 sides as well as overhead! You'll feel as though you're up in the clouds in this exquisite space.
Perfect for family reunions or several families vacationing together, Heaven on Earth contains 3 master suites -- one on each floor! Each contains a king-size bed and en suite bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd floor master suites offer ocean views, too -- sliding glass doors leading out to sun-baked patios where you can inhale the zesty sea breeze and hear the low murmur of the surf!
In addition to the 3 master suites, there are 4 other bedrooms, one of which is a den with sleeper sofa. One bedroom offers a queen-size bed, TV, and beautiful ocean views from the adjoining patio. Another contains 2 queen-size beds. And the third is a kids' paradise, with 2 sets of bunkbeds! And the loft is a great hang-out space for kids or teens, with comfy chairs and a cozy, secluded feel.
Even if you are traveling with a party of 20, you will never feel crowded at Heaven on Earth. There are simply too many separate areas, indoors and outdoors, all of them appealing. (Not to mention 5½ bathrooms, so nobody has to stand in line in the morning!)
With vaulted ceilings, ocean views, a fireplace, and ultra-comfortable furniture, our living room is a joy. Gather the gang together here for an evening of reminiscing. Inevitably, the party will move out onto the patio as the stars begin to come out.
If there are cooks among your party, they will love our gourmet kitchen, with wood cabinetry, granite countertops, a central island, and all the latest appliances. Explore the cupboards and you'll find all the cookware, gadgets, and dishes you need to prepare and serve a 5-course meal.
But who wants to be cooped up in the house on vacation? Perhaps our outdoor summer kitchen is more to your taste! Equipped with a sink and high-tech grill, it's the perfect place to cook the catch of the day while sipping a frosty beverage.
Heaven on Earth has plenty of spaces to enjoy all that good food, too. Our formal dining room features a long table with comfortably padded chairs, hardwood floors, and sunshine streaming in through huge windows. What a wonderful place to linger over coffee!
For quicker meals, rely on the round table in our breakfast nook. Conveniently located near the wet-bar and pool table, it doubles as a game table when it's time for that rousing round of Texas Hold 'em!
Best of all you have a private walkway to the beach directly from the back door of Heaven on Earth! Try to venture out onto the beach at dawn one morning for an unforgettable view of the changing sky!

About the owner: My name is Steve Milo and I stay in Vacation Rental Homes when I travel both domestically and abroad. You're within a short car ride of historic downtown St. Augustine, the oldest city in America filled with pedestrian walkways with shops, cafes and first class restaurants. We are also close to Daytona Beach and the Daytona speedway and museum. We are also only a 1 1/2 hour drive to Orlando and Disney World/Universal/Sea World as well as 1 1/2 hour to the Kennedy Space Center. Our rental is also a short car ride to Ponte Vedra Beach and PGA golf Course and TPC as well as Jacksonville with the brand new St John's Town Center (with a Costco), Avenue Mall and River Front Arcade. There is also a minor league baseball team and a professional football team and stadium.
