Enjoy this luxurious, deluxe three bedroom, two bath, 4th floor, corner, oceanfront Condo in the South Tower with windows galore to enjoy the views of the ocean, pools, and pond with fountain from the fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living room, dining room, and master bedroom. The unit has just been updated with new LR furniture, bedspreads, lamps. This is a very clean and well maintained unit. The unit as free WIFI for your internet needs.

This unit is near the elevator and stairs. Easy access to the covered parking garage. Parking is never a problem at Sea Watch.

The Master bedroom with a king size bed, TV and DVD player and private master bath overlooks the Atlantic Ocean through a large picture window and sliding doors to the wrap around balcony. Kids and/or adults will enjoy the spacious middle bedroom with two queen size beds, TV and DVD player and large picture window overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and TV.

For your enjoyment we provide a fourth TV and DVD player in the living room. The unit also has a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, coffee maker and toaster. The wrap-around balcony has chairs for you to relax in while watching the ocean waves and porpoises or just to sit and read, enjoy your morning coffee or after noon cocktail or frozen drink made in the blender.

Sea Watch Resort has unprecedented amenities. Enjoy hours of fun in any of the 5 outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, two lazy rivers with rafts, or the 10 outdoor hot tubs & 2 indoor hot tubs. The Captains Cove oceanfront restaurant, poolside Tiki bar, fitness center, min- market, ice cream parlor and planned children's activities make your stay at the Sea Watch Resort complete.

Should you have a desire to explore MB during your stay the onsite concierge desk can assist you in scheduling discounted golf, dinner, show and theater reservations. Lush fairways and meticulously maintained greens make this a true Golfers Paradise with over 100 championship courses.

You can venture off the resort to experience the many nearby attractions that the MB area has to offer. Our unit comes with all linens and will be cleaned when you check out. Rentals from Memorial Day through Labor Day have 2 Chairs and umbrella through the lifeguard.

  • My Wife and I have just returned from a fabulous week at Seawatch Resort. We were lucky enough to rent this 3 bedroom unit from the Owner who was extremely helpful and and a pleasure to deal with. The Condo is very spacious,well decorated and furnished, and extrmely clean. It is equipped with every facility you could ever wish for to make your vacation run smoothly. The location of the Condo is a real bonus and whether it be morning coffee or a quiet evening glass of wine after a day on the beach, the balcony with its great oceanfront view provides the perfect location. Seawatch resort is centrally located for all the fantastic amenities Myrtle Beach has to offer and we would certainly recommend this condo to anyone contemplating Myrtle Beach as a vacation destination. We will certainly be back.

  • What a lovely "home away from home." This beautiful condo is certainly cared for and it shows throughout with all of the lovely personal touches within the suite. The kitchen has every imaginable cooking/serving dish that you would ever want to use, allowing you to easily entertain a large crowd if needed! There is something for guests of all ages. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony and looked forward to our daily viewing of the dolphins while they played in the ocean. Cathy was wonderful to work with and very accommodating. A positive holiday experience for our family of 5. We look forward to a return visit to Suite 415 at the SeaWatch

  • SeaWatch is one of the nicest family resorts we have visited. Last year, we were in the North Tower. This year, we really enjoyed staying at the South Tower - it seemed like there were more families there. The condo unit was great - extremely clean and comfortable (especially the couch) for the whole family of eight. The owners are very pleasant to deal with and get back to you right away with any questions.

  • This unit is everything the owner says it is...well equipped kitchen comfortable beds and ample room for our family. The view was great!!!!! The best was the keyless entry never had to look for a key or worry about losing one. This unit is definetly "living large" The owners are super nice and very easy to work with...hope we can make a return visit.
