Enjoy this luxurious, deluxe three bedroom, two bath, 4th floor, corner oceanfront Condo with a wrap around balcony in the South Tower with windows galore to enjoy the views of the ocean, pools, and pond with fountain from the fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living room, dining room, and master bedroom. The unit has just been updated with new LR furniture, bedspreads, lamps. This is a very clean and well maintained unit. The unit has free WIFI for your internet needs.
This unit is near the elevator and stairs. Easy access to the covered parking garage. Parking is never a problem at Sea Watch.
The Master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV mounted on the wall,with a DVD player and private master bath overlooks the Atlantic Ocean through a large picture window and sliding doors to the wrap around balcony. Kids and/or adults will enjoy the spacious middle bedroom with two queen size beds, TV and DVD player and large picture window overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and TV.
For your enjoyment we provide a fourth 42" flat screen screen TV mounted on the wall with a DVD player in the living room. The unit has a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, coffee maker and toaster. The wrap-around balcony has chairs for you to relax in while watching the ocean waves and porpoises or just to sit and read, enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail or frozen drink made in the blender.
Sea Watch Resort has unprecedented amenities. Enjoy hours of fun in any of the 5 outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, two lazy rivers with rafts, or the 10 outdoor hot tubs & 2 indoor hot tubs. The Captains Cove oceanfront restaurant, poolside Tiki bar, fitness center, min- market, ice cream parlor and planned children's activities make your stay at the Sea Watch Resort complete.

Why the Owner Chose Seawatch Plantation
Our family loves the ocean. We chose Myrtle Beach because it offers year round enjoyment of the beach. We searched the coast of both North & South Carolina looking for a resort like feel community. When we saw Sea Watch we new we found our place. The resort offers a feeling of being private and secluded yet close to all MB activities.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Seawatch is very unique. I refer to it as a mini resort. Very secluded, yet close to everthing. Seawatch offers an ocean front restaurant, ice cream palor, exercise room, game room, mini market, tiki bar. When you are our guest from Memorial Day through Labor Day we provide you with 2 beach chairs and umbrella through the lifeguard. Our mini resort offers you 7 pools, indoor and out, 2 lazy rivers, 12 hot tubs. There is a concierge service and a activity center for children.

This is a very nice condo. We had an excellent time. The condo is very clean and has awesome views. The facility itself it very nice too. There are so many pools and the staff was very nice. We will def visit again.

Some of my college friends and myself decided to go to Myrtle Beach for a little reunion of sorts, and we couldn't have found a better condo to rent. It is the perfect size, has everything you need in terms of space for people, and has some of the most beautiful views in the resort. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and the spacious living room is wonderful, with the big flat screen TV. Probably my favorite part was the wrap-arund balcony. I mean this thing is very big, with lots of space to relax, while getting many different views of the resort and ocean. Cathy is a wonderful person to work with when you decide that this is the condo that you want. She makes things very easy for you to check in and check out in a timely manner. I very much highly recommend this unit to others if staying at Seawatch. I know that my friends and I will definitely want to come back around the same time next year; if available of course.

THE CONDO IS VERY NICELY FURNISHED AND MAINTAINED VERY WELL...THE LOCATION IS GREAT....EVERY MORNING WITH COFFEE AND WATCHING THE DOLPHINS WAS WONDERFUL...CLEAN-WELL FURNISHED KITCHEN AND ALL THE COOKING UTENSILS WERE NICE... CATHY WAS VERY NICE TO WORK WITH AND WE WILL BE STAYING AGAIN IN 2011...REALLY ENJOYED RENTING THROUGH THE OWNER....WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR IF AVAILABLE...

The location of the condo was wonderful. You are close to all the shopping and restaurants, but you are far enough away to feel like everything is not so crowded. The condo itself was very nice and roomy and it was clean. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

We were very impressed with our stay at Sea Watch. We have stayed at Sea Watch before but this Condo was by far the nicest and had the most of any we have stayed at. The owners were very good to work with and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a nice condo to consider this one at Sea Watch. For those with kids, its right above the pool so you can watch your kids swim and have fun from the wrap-around balcony. It was a great vacation. And, the Wi-Fi worked great. Many thanks to Cathy!

The resort is a close drive to just about everything. We had a great time. We had four kids and three adults with plenty of room. Everything that you could need or want is in this condo from beach toys/chairs to the fully equipped kitchen. This was our second summer staying in Cathy's condo and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Cathy is very responsive and great to work with.

This condo at SeaWatch was perfect! This was our first time using VRBO and it could not have been a better experience. What you see online is what you get with this condo...it was very clean and well furnished. Great location and perfect for families...the view from the balcony was awesome! I would highly recommend this condo/resort. The owner was easy to contact and a pleasure to work with. We had a wonderful week in Myrtle Beach and we are thankful we found this property to make our stay the best! We hope to come back in the future for another vacation!

This was a perfect place for all of us. We had four adults and 4 kids. The property had everything it said. The place was clean when we got there and had plenty of kitchen utensils/pans for us to make food all week. The resort had plenty of family activities and the pools were great! Cathy was helpful and efficient through the whole process. I would recommend this property to anyone and we look forward to renting it again.

This was an excellent condo. It was on the ocean, with views from all around in the condo. It was well stocked with kitchen equipment and games for the kids. Our children and grandkids totally enjoyed it. They preferred the beach than going to the many attractions. We will consider this condo again. The Streight's from South Lyon, MI
